Our bungalow was very clean and well-maintained, we felt comfortable right away. We lacked nothing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The bike rental and the bread service went smoothly. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, and there is something for everyone's taste. The playground was the highlight for my daughter on the premises. We will definitely come back again.

The staircase built in the house does not meet the applicable standards. The tread depth is unacceptably shallow and seems more suitable for children, but is by no means safe for adults to use. Furthermore, the vegetables stored in the refrigerator became inedible after just two days. Even at the lowest adjustable temperature, they spoiled quickly and even partially froze. The shower floor on the ground floor became slippery smooth when wet, which also poses a danger to tenants.

The apartments all need to be properly renovated. We had many ants in the house even though we didn't have any food lying around. You pay for cleaning, but unfortunately, there was nothing to be seen.

We stayed 18 days in cottage 101. The cottage is reasonably atmospheric and fairly comfortable. However, the maintenance condition of the cottage was limited, there were a number of deficiencies. The park is nicely centrally located. If you come from further away and have your own transport, then this is a pleasant base for the beach (5 min by car, 15 min by bike) and for several large cities and attractions. Note that the park has few facilities (there is a playground and a restaurant) and is located right next to the busy N206. You can't really walk the dog comfortably without having to take the car, due to the roads surrounding the park. There is a small piece of forest where the dog is allowed, but that is a mountain bike trail, so be careful. For sitting in the garden during the summer, the park is also less suitable due to traffic noise. For a stay between 2 houses for sale in the winter like ours, it is perfect. If it had been my vacation destination, I would have been disappointed by the aforementioned downsides.

The house was cozy, but unfortunately, there were some things we didn't like. The heating was set to automatic and didn't run in the evening, so it was quite cold. The ventilation in the bathroom was not good, so the smell lingered and needed to be ventilated. There were many cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings, as well as some spiders and insects. We had to leave it broom-clean, dispose of the trash ourselves, remove the bed covers and sheets and lay them in the hallway, and also make the beds ourselves. We had to unload and tidy up the dishes, and empty the dishwasher—why was there a final cleaning fee⁉️ We received rolls from Lidl, which were overpriced when ordered. The terrace was nice, but you could hear the cars passing by on the main road; it was very loud, and it wasn't peaceful outside on the terrace. Regards, Turhan.

Some neighboring houses were renovated, the craftsmen arrived as early as 07:00 AM. Loud machines were used at times. We had the same experience last autumn in another Belvilla park and thought it was a one-time action. But it seems to be repeating regularly during the autumn holidays. Therefore, we will not book with Belvilla during the autumn holidays anymore.

Overall perfect service, during the arrival the arrival time was requested by phone. The information about the facility was provided in different languages. The staff was very friendly and helpful, problems were resolved promptly. We will recommend the facility.

The park will be expanded with 20 bungalows, which will bring a large construction site from the end of August. The construction site in the park is now fenced, which is not necessarily attractive. The bungalows and the team at the reception are good and very helpful. The price and the cleanliness in the bungalow were ok. The park is located on the N 206 expressway and is about 5 km from the main beach. Roompot offers a holiday program for children.

Sehr schöne Gemütliches Ferienhaus. Das haus und die Anlage ist schön sauber . Einfach zum wohlfühlen. Wie sind sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Für unsere Familie auf jeden Fall das richtige . Unser Hund fand das auch total gut am Strand auszutoben. Im Winter kann man auf jeden Fall viele sachen machen und im Sommer müssen wir noch ausprobieren. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle zeit. ️

Het huis in Dunimar ligt in een klein vriendelijk vakantiepark. Het is geriefelijk en voorzien van vloerverwarming, een keuken met vaatwasmachine, combi oven/magnetron koelkast met vriesvak en een 4-pits gas kookplaat. Op het terrein een klein restaurant en een klein winkeltje. Supermark, slager en bakker op 4,5 km afstand in Noordwijkerhout. Restaurants in de buurt en dicht bij duinen en strand (Langevelderslag en Noordwijk). Behalve op wisseldagen is het park autovrij. Het enige wat tegen zat was het weer met veel vaak heftige buien en storm. Desondanks 14 rustige en heel plezierige dagen gehad.

The house was clean upon arrival. A disadvantage is the numerous migrations of ants in front of the front door and on the terrace. However, no ants in the house. Privacy on the terrace impossible because the houses are right next to each other, but there are no fences or demarcations to the neighbors in the back garden area. Terrace surrounded by columns, but without a roof. Parasol was broken and was replaced immediately without any problems. The park itself a construction site, no playground, no possibility for dogs as everything is not finished yet. There was no construction during our stay. But that didn't bother us because there are countless possibilities for dogs outside the parks and we were traveling without children. If planes bother you, you should consider booking your holiday there, as Amsterdam Airport is only 30 km away. Didn't bother us. Beaches are just like they are in Holland. Fantastic and a paradise for dogs. The prices at the beach bars are extremely high. Environment great, beautiful cities like The Hague, Zandvoort and Amsterdam are only 10-30 km away. Sehr schöne Gemütliches Ferienhaus. Das haus und die Anlage ist schön sauber . Einfach zum wohlfühlen. Wie sind sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Für unsere Familie auf jeden Fall das richtige . Unser Hund fand das auch total gut am Strand auszutoben. Im Winter kann man auf jeden Fall viele sachen machen und im Sommer müssen wir noch ausprobieren. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle zeit. ️

Het huis in Dunimar ligt in een klein vriendelijk vakantiepark. Het is geriefelijk en voorzien van vloerverwarming, een keuken met vaatwasmachine, combi oven/magnetron koelkast met vriesvak en een 4-pits gas kookplaat. Op het terrein een klein restaurant en een klein winkeltje. Supermark, slager en bakker op 4,5 km afstand in Noordwijkerhout. Restaurants in de buurt en dicht bij duinen en strand (Langevelderslag en Noordwijk). Behalve op wisseldagen is het park autovrij. Het enige wat tegen zat was het weer met veel vaak heftige buien en storm. Desondanks 14 rustige en heel plezierige dagen gehad.

Everything was as described and expected. Friendly, quiet place especially for families with children, dogs. Good place for hiking and cycling. Close to the sea and tourist attractions Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft.

The house was in the equipment inside as described. The only very annoying defect was the location on the street and the associated car noise sitting on the terrace. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have booked this house.

I think the positive points are the welcoming reception with friendly staff, a small snack on arrival and even water and a kibble for the dog, the beautiful house, good beds, the peace, the tasty bread service, the nice table with good chairs inside, a good garden set outside in short, as far as I am concerned a 9.Min points (as far as you can speak of that, our parasol was defective on 2 points, you could use it and there was some cobwebs at the back of the house.

The bungalow is spacious, bright and beautiful. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with 2x 1 single beds and 1 large bedroom with a 2 single bed). The mattresses are good and comfortable. Everything is very very clean and fresh. In short: a very nice holiday home.

The house was clean upon arrival. A disadvantage is the numerous migrations of ants in front of the front door and on the terrace. However, no ants in the house. Privacy on the terrace impossible because the houses are right next to each other, but there are no fences or demarcations to the neighbors in the back garden area. The park will be expanded with 20 bungalows, which will bring a large construction site from the end of August. The construction site in the park is now fenced, which is not necessarily attractive. The bungalows and the team at the reception are good and very helpful. The price and the cleanliness in the bungalow were ok.
