Quiet park along a fairly busy road but in the house, no problems. Spacious house for 6 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. It is outrageous that on top of the rental price, for use of the infrared sauna, you have to pay an extra € 35 / night and, on top of the rental price, you have to pay a service charge of € 250 for bed, bath and kitchen linen. House was superficially cleaned.

The house was unfortunately completely dirty and very carelessly furnished. The pictures did not correspond to reality. Even after repeated complaints, no cleaning was carried out. Never again!

We were very impressed by the size of the house, the room layout was perfect for us.

What is a pity, however, is that there is only a 1-door closet in the upper rooms and a small chest of drawers in each of the other two rooms. With 4 adults + toddler staying upstairs, these clothes storage options are a bit poor. On a 10-day vacation, you don't want to live out of a suitcase.

But what really annoyed me was the cleanliness of the house. Everyone pays a flat rate for final cleaning or €250 for service costs. The tables were either not wiped or were sticky, the stairs had black dried drip marks where I don't want to know what the water used to clean the stairs looked like, the toilet downstairs wasn't clean and the vacuum cleaner smelled because of the bag was so full. The carpet in the living area and the floor mats had animal hair on them, so we had to clean them first because of our crawling grandson. I had expected otherwise.



The holiday park team has always been friendly and accommodating. When my teapot burst when I was filling it with hot water one morning, I was helped immediately. The cot and high chair were brought promptly after our arrival.

Overall we had a really nice holiday. The Hague, Leiden and Gouda were easy to reach and the beach was also a 20-minute walk away. The Space Expo in Noordwijk was also very interesting.

House is fine in itself, service lousy. Problems with gas hob, if you contact reception you have to call a paid number of 2.50 euros. Unmotivated staff on the phone who do not want to come and solve the problem. You can expect that you do not have to repair a hob yourself during your holiday.

Fantastic beautifully decorated house in a great location. Garden is beautiful and the house is fully equipped. Reception was easily accessible with very friendly employees who immediately solved a small problem. Noordwijk is easy to walk for hikers, otherwise easily accessible by bike. Had a wonderful holiday.

Unfriendly gentleman at the reception. Complaints are only noted annoyed. Repair the vacuum cleaner then made yourself. Nozzle was clogged and the vacuum cleaner stunk while sucking .... Lt. Info from the annoyed staff at the front desk this the vacuum cleaner "allegedly" previously repaired itself. That was not the case. Beautiful surroundings. However never house no. 202. Right at the entrance to the resort, garbage plant directly opposite the house. Picking up early in the morning is a bit annoying. The accommodation was definitely not cleaned properly. For 95 euros a cheek. The floor we cleaned twice on arrival. Water was black !!!! Window to the terrace smeared from its predecessor. In the bed sheets are still hair. During our stay we noticed that the cleaning lady in other houses max. 45 min. spends. However, it is a mystery to us how a reasonable cleaning should be carried out in the short time. House is officially for 8 Personen.Definitiv no STAURAUM for 8 people. Neither in the kitchen nor for the clothes. There is a 1 meter cabinet and in another room a 50 cm cupboard. In addition, 2 chests of drawers. The lamps in the rooms are almost all loose. Broken chair in the living room. Sofa durchgesessen, stains on the walls, Gästeklo smells strongly of urine ... Very unfortunate that we were so late in the house with 3 small children. The reason was the cleaning, but nothing more happened at the park on arrival ... on arrival even dirty underwear found (in sight on top of a cupboard). Crockery was also absolutely not clean! House further nice and spacious, perhaps nice to invest in some sun beds. Especially considering the size of the garden and the term "holiday home". Fridge of our house also unfortunately did not work properly. Furthermore, three people had added towel service. This one was very scanty for that money. And personally I would clean the duvets once or buy new ones because of dirty stains (blood, etc.)

The cottage complex is great. A touch of luxury, not far from the sea. Families with young children should stay downstairs as the stairs are very steep upstairs and have no child safety gates.

We were received very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful midweek with beautiful, mild November weather both along the Noordwijkse as the Katwijkse strand walked. In Noordwijk we could even borrow a beach wheelchair (free of charge!), So that we could reach the sea with z "n sixes.

Signing in and collecting a key from a grumpy gentleman who introduced a compulsory number of hospitality is not high on his banner. Cleaning leaves much to be desired in the bedrooms and certainly behind the beds and on the plinths. For such a price you surely expect a dryer, especially if you want to celebrate with two babies and a disabled man holiday. For a disabled person the entrance of the shower downstairs is much too small while we really indicated that we needed this. This was really a downer on our stay, especially because this disabled father wanted to treat his children on a week away by the sea. Very unfortunate. I hope that in future they will be more careful with the wishes of the customer.

The house was located in a holiday home area. 3-4 cottages next to us were given to young people (18-20 years old). I have nothing against young people celebrating, I was also in the age, but if you ask at 2330 friendly, if it is a little quieter and as thanks half an hour later, the ghetto blaster in front of the window, I think it not so funny. Especially because the sleeping children were awakened. Unfortunately, only the police could end the party around 0230 clock. The management of the plant responded the next day and issued a reprimand. The next night was correspondingly quieter, but on the third night it became louder again. Here but helped kind words, so around 2330 o'clock a decent peace returned. All in all, it was still a great holiday and we will be back.

We met an arrogant receptionist who spoke to us and answered our questions. The accommodation fell against us above three bedrooms, two of which were small. On the photo everything looks much better than reality. The accommodation was not clean toilet twice, mopping it clean that window sills over water was just filthy, and in the freezer compartment of the fridge was just green pus. Water does not run well during pulling down to pull dry above and below not present. Great knives do not cut bone too much Cheese slicer handle not to use not to be used.

The villa is on a separate piece of the holiday park. Fast check-in, cash deposit was not necessary in our case, credit card number was sufficient. Superb house, fine and complete furnishings and comfortable beds. It is a pity that the duvet covers are so short that they can hardly be put in - (I also missed a decent wardrobe.) In this 8-person house, I think there was not enough space to hang clothes. the fact that you can burn wood in the fireplace, if you report this and buy at the reception.A simple simple orange net with logs as at every DIY store for € 3.95 is for sale, here we paid for 1 net € 35 - Absolutely ridiculous, I understand that a threshold is being raised, perhaps to prevent the firing, but still ..... very unfortunate.

The rent of the bed linen we find on the high side and there is a house booked without sauna (then unfortunately but yes) on arrival we get a house with sauna but then you have to pay extra. I am overwhelmed with mail, we should be informed of this, I think. We are aware that descriptions may differ, however, changes in costs must be communicated well in time.

Due to the beautiful weather we first visited the beach, so we arrived late at reception. Great welcome, beautiful house! The area is also lovely and there is a lot to do. Around the house a bit bald and not very quiet. The only thing we missed in the house was a tractor in the shower to dry the floor. Now the floor was always wet.

The accomodation was okay, although there are some downsides, poor soundproofing and the downstairs bedroom which is really close to the kitchen. A very spacious upper bathroom where there is no place to hang your clothes when you use the shower, even no hook to hang the towel, plus a clogged drain. Also, there is very little crockery in the kitchen itself, it is a house for 8 people, but only 6 wine glasses, no bowls for eating. In retrospect we also found that if you book a weekend that the allowed stay period from Fri 16:00 to 10:00, but we knew beforehand and was communicated. Nevertheless, this seems commercially very well-reasoned because for a longer sunday afternoon you should pay at least € 75 ...

Receptionists arrived 15 minutes late. If you have been in the car for 2 hours and there is a minimum time that the reception is open then an excuse would be appropriate. Furthermore, well helped. Cottage was reasonably clean. Bed moves always show the uncleaned corners. We had received a house with sauna and whirlpool which was not paid for!

The accommodation was beautiful, spacious and modern. The photos are completely correct. The park is well located. The friendliness of the man at the reception left something to be desired. For us it is a reason not to go back. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in the most expensive accommodations, never been treated as bad as there. The final cleaning is also very expensive. You pay 90 euros and 35 euros extra weekend rate. The house was absolutely not clean. Haren found, a knife found under the bed, ... Well recommended to stay in this area.
