The accommodations at De ZeeParel are all completely furnished and boast a very comfortable design, with high-quality finishes. You can select from a variety of different accommodation types. The detached 4-person Flatfish (NL-1931-01) and 4-person Sea Bass (NL-1931-02) varieties are both situated diagonally behind the small-scale apartment complex, allowing for equally beautiful views of the sea. NL-1931-01 is, because of the sofa bed, the type best suited to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. The Crab type (NL-1931-03) is a 6-person apartment located on the 1st floor. Large windows in the living room let you enjoy optimal views of the beach and the sea. Every type comes with a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

With only a dune separating it from the beach and the sea, the location of De ZeeParel can truly be called special. No wonder it has been awarded 4 stars. The unique architectural design consists of a main building arranged across three levels with two detached summer houses directly behind it. The triangular layout offers sea views from every vantage point. Since the complex is located at the end of the boulevard, you have plenty of privacy. The combination of beach, dunes, sea and old forests makes every stay an absolute delight in any season. There are many romantic restaurants and charming outdoor cafes in the lively centre of Egmond aan Zee (within walking distance). Cities such as Alkmaar (approx. 10 km. away) and Amsterdam (approx. 44 km. away) make for very easy daytrips as well. A beach holiday with the level of service and luxury that you will find at De ZeeParel is a real rarity indeed.
Very comfortable, modern accommodations in a top-notch location. With the beach just 20 metres away and a wide range of daytrip options in the surrounding area, this is the perfect holiday spot.

Getting the house key is no problem and went very smoothly. An additional parking for my visit is also very convenient, since the boulevaard nevertheless is full of parked cars. The accommodation ist excellent. Everything available and clean. The area is of course every z "s taste. For me very good, lots of beach and dunes, great for walking.

The location of the cottage was very good, right on the sea. The cottage was modern and well equipped.

We booked 4 days and 3 nights. From the bedroom overlooking the sea which was great. The cottage was also good looking and all the comforts of service. Bathroom was very nice
