The comfortable type Koningshoeve is available in both a 4-person (NL-1871-78 and NL-1871-89) and a 6-person (NL-1871-79) version. The 4-person type features two bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and one with two single beds (NL-1871-78), or three bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and two with one single bed each (NL-1871-89). The chalets are comfortably furnished and feature all modern conveniences.
The type Koningshoeve also exists in a so-called "restyled" version with modern furniture and just a little more comfort. Here you can also choose from a 4-person (NL-1871-80) and a 6-person (NL-1871-81) version.
For those who want real luxury, Résidence Koningshof offers two wonderful holiday homes with wellness facilities. In the Wellness type (NL-1871-82), one of the three bedrooms features a combined Finnish/infrared sauna. That's why it's suitable for four people. The 4-person type bubble bath (NL-1871-83) features a combined Finnish/infrared sauna, but also a wonderful bubble bath in the garden, as if the sauna doesn't offer enough relaxation.

The attractive Résidence Koningshof holiday park is near the town of Bergen in the province of North Holland. It is on the edge of the Schoorlse Duinen National Park. Small house. For 2 fine. 4 people make do, bedrooms tight. Great sauna (wellness). Houses close together. As a result, noises neighbors quickly. Right next to the woods and dune area.

Had a wonderful stay in Schoorl! The cottage was fine, fully equipped. Park is ideally located, both on foot and by car you can quickly reach the forest, beach or the center of Alkmaar. Worth repeating!

Do not book with europarcs. Don't miss this park. You receive 0 service. We had a house that was smoked in and besides that it smells, that is very annoying if you have asthma. The park should be smoke-free. We called the emergency number on arrival, but there was no answer. We were called back very late in the evening, but by then it was too late to do anything according to the person from europarcs. The next day they would immediately start working on it. Because we didn't hear anything, we eventually went to the reception ourselves. It turned out that we could only get a much less house and a bottle of wine as compensation. In other words, 1 day was already ruined and as a thank you we get something worth half and a few euros in compensation. We then indicated that we wanted to speak to the manager, but he was not available and the receptionist could not do anything more. We went home, later we were accused of not giving europarcs the opportunity to come up with good compensation. Apparently 12 hours is not enough time for europarcs. After a lot of back and forth mailing we got a voucher of 60 euros to be able to spend at europarcs, a pittance for the costs and inconvenience we have had. Anyway, our weekend was ruined, in other words never book here.

The reception on arrival was very good and very friendly and helpful by reception employee. Not seen or spoken to the Homeowner! Cottage was warm but very small bedrooms. Beds had a slumped mattress. Bathroom needs to be replaced (Mold and rust Shower). Whole ground floor hall, living room, kitchen need a makeover. The walls need to be painted and are full of spots and dirt and bits of it. The loose cushions on the couch were too dirty to handle. Had blood stains and other stains on it. TV furniture fell apart. All cutlery and crockery, pans, etc. first washed in the dishwasher it was so dirty. Cleaned the microwave before we could use it. Windows were dirty, you could hardly see out when the sun was out. So much for the negative part. The sauna and sun shower were wonderful. Nice area for walking and cycling. A super nice village is Schoorl. Beautiful beaches, great to get a breath of fresh air. This was our 5th time that we have booked a house through Belvilla. 4x in the German Eifel Mountains, top house and super super clean! This time through the lockdown in the Netherlands and it was dirty! The house in the Netherlands was even more expensive for 2 weeks than for 3 weeks in Germany! Too bad, we can not recommend this house!
