The comfortable type Koningshoeve is available in both a 4-person (NL-1871-78 and NL-1871-89) and a 6-person (NL-1871-79) version. The 4-person type features two bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and one with two single beds (NL-1871-78), or three bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and two with one single bed each (NL-1871-89). The chalets are comfortably furnished and feature all modern conveniences.
The type Koningshoeve also exists in a so-called "restyled" version with modern furniture and just a little more comfort. Here you can also choose from a 4-person (NL-1871-80) and a 6-person (NL-1871-81) version.
For those who want real luxury, Résidence Koningshof offers two wonderful holiday homes with wellness facilities. The attractive Résidence Koningshof holiday park is near the town of Bergen in the province of North Holland. It is on the edge of the Schoorlse Duinen National Park. Bed linen was missing on arrival. The reception was already closed, but the problem was resolved friendly by telephone. The accommodation was basic, with a pleasant garden with lots of privacy. The park was peaceful. Good base for excursions in the area.

Cottage 85 is in need of maintenance. A tear in one sofa and holes in the other sofa. Floor cloth with a hole. Paint peeling on the outside.

We had house no. 33 and we believe this is the house with the least maintenance. Exterior looks bad and the furniture is quite dated. The cleaning was also not in order. Cups and glasses were dirty, there was a plaster on the inside on the window, waste bin dirty and so on a number of things. Fortunately, we had fine weather. So we walked and cycled a lot.

The bungalows at Résidence Koningshof are close together, which detracts from privacy. Fortunately, we were outside vacation time and few houses were inhabited. It was quiet in the park and wonderfully quiet at night! The ground floor is well furnished and spacious enough. With an occupancy of 6 people it would be a bit tight. The kitchen equipment is complete but rather meager in terms of cooking tools. Especially for guests who like to cook. The 3 bedrooms are tight, hardly any space left next to the beds. The beds are very low and the mattresses are not firm. Those who are susceptible to it get up in the morning with back pain.

Very nice and comfortable house no 2. Nice piece of garden with enough privacy. Decor and furnishings were good. Environment very worthwhile with the possibility of beautiful walking and cycling trips.

Dear Sir or Madam, We really enjoyed our stay with you. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the small, well-screened garden. There are opportunities for us to improve: - It would be nice to receive a message when the house has been checked after departure and everything is in order, so that the power of attorney is no longer necessary I would still like to receive positive news in this regard - that making the beds before arrival is chargeable on your part, I think is an exaggeration. I don't want to have to pay for something like that and I don't want to make the beds myself after a long drive. For me, that's a reason to look around for other quarters - the mattresses weren't that bad, but could be replaced - the water in the shower doesn't have enough pressure - that's not pleasant, especially on vacation. And a shower mat in the laundry package, which you would expect for the rental price and also get elsewhere would have been nice - the dishwasher didn't work. This can happen. The on-site employee, however, was unfriendly. She initially assumed that we were not capable and that she already knew what was going on - the dishwasher had been interrupted by the last few holidaymakers and had not been reset. That was uncomfortable. Only when she realized that this was not the case and she couldn't get any further with a reset (which we had already carried out ourselves) did she send us a mechanic. When I asked whether she had dishwashing detergent for us until the repairs could be carried out, she reacted disgruntled. A little later, however, she brought us a small bottle - it was in the car.
