The house, part of a farm, is beautiful and spacious in a quiet location. Everything complete with beds made, bath and kitchen towels, etc. No fuss with meter readings for heating and electricity settlement afterwards.

We enjoyed this great stay just a 10 min drive from the beach! The house was spotlessly clean and attractive. There was even a nice flower on the table. Enough space inside for 10 guests. We had a lovely barbecue outside in the cozy garden. Friendly manager, we would recommend this stay to everyone!

Upon arrival, the manager showed us around. Spaciously designed excellent accommodation fully equipped and clean. We have chosen a day out on Texel but there is also plenty to do in the immediate area. we look back on a very pleasant weekend.

The arrival was great, we were warmly welcomed by the owner Mr Blom. The house was very neat and clean. Beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table. Good beds and everything was present. The environment is certainly worth it. Beautiful walks in the dunes or along the beach. You have to be lucky with the weather, in our case it was like that. What you have to take into account is that there are no taxis available. So if you want to go out for dinner in for example Callantsoog you need a BOB.

It was almost amazing that the whole family did not get up at 04:15 at the time of the day's creaking all the time in bed of the kinking cocks. Still, no complete annoyance, but we still think that the owner is doing something about it Do not know if he does anything about it, but the solution is of course closing the night shift at night with the chickens and cocks in it and then in the morning to release it again at an hour or nine. ...........

In agreement with the homeowner we should arrive earlier. On arrival he led us around, answered the necessary questions and told us about the (pole) farm. We (5 couples) had spent a few hours charmed by the layout, space in and around the home and the homelyness we encountered. And with the coast (the dunes, the beach and the sea) in the vicinity it could not be anymore. Overall, a great accommodation.

We had a great weekend despite the fact that the weather was not cooperating. We are the owner of "Dars extremely well received. The cottage fit like a glove clean, cozy, brightly decorated. A well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a lovely bathroom etc. Really a place to come together here and around ontspannen.Heerlijk eaten at TOV (Schagen), braved the wind was on the beach and at the Naval Museum in Den Helder. recommended!

"T Achterom is a fine large house, quiet and fully equipped. 2 bathrooms with 10 people is very nice (the downstairs bathroom is beautiful) and there is also an additional separate toilet. The living room is really spacious and with 10 people can drink at the square table eating. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an additional practical storage addition. There are 5 bedrooms with good beds, only 1 bedroom is small (but suitable for children). than the rest. There were neat towels in the kitchen and in the toilets. We walked around and made trips to Alkmaar (1/2 hour drive), Schagen (15 min) and Daman (Fort Kijkduin): There is a Spar in the neighborhood, but that's not always "open in the evening. In Schagen and Callantsoog are other supermarkets that do have longer opening hours.

We felt very comfortable here. Particularly the large garden where you can play and hang out. The landlord is very nice and easy. Who would not five clock will wake the roosters should, however ;-) pack earplugs.

We have a lovely weekend at this well-maintained holiday home. It is large and pleasant classified. For 10 people more than enough space. The photo 's on the website do not do justice to this house, the reality is much beter.Een large garden where you can not disturb you. On each floor a bathroom. Good beds. Furthermore really equipped. A very nice and hospitable owner who understands what you need if you are with a large group away. An excellent service was that all your empty glassware can leave in the glass container in the pantry. Overall a good home for 10 people!

Very nice stay in a spacious, comfortable and close to all amenities (6km from the sea with the possibility to rent bikes and a supermarket open up "to 22h). We moved from" excellent holiday. We were 10 people including six children, well designed house has allowed us to not be on top of each other.

We very much enjoyed our stay at "t Achterom. The rooms were as described on the web and Shown on the pictures. We stayed there with 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and had enough room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. The bathroom downstairs is very modern and has got a shower and a bath tub. The upstairs bathroom has got a shower only. We certainly recommend this vacation home and would come back any time.

March 20 2009Wij have a nice weekend with the family spent on the farm. We found a very nice house, with a beautiful bathroom downstairs and 2 nice bedrooms. Too bad the smallest bedroom downstairs there's no window in and that is very oppressive, you can only sleep with the door open. The room we felt very cozy and the kitchen was prima.Het is certainly worth repeating vatbaar.Familie Frantsen.

It is a beautiful spacious house which is situated on a fairly busy road. Unfortunately there was a pungent smell of smoke present in the woonkamer.Alles was also nicely handles and even a first aid kit was thought. This house is for 10 persons highly recommended.

Despite the bad weather (hail, storm, wet snow and cold) we had in perfectly to our liking 't Zand. Nearby is sufficient to undertake, even in bad weer.In the house was a separate playroom for children ideal. Living and dining room are spacious enough for 10 personen.In the immediate area is not possible to take a walk around the block to gaan.Denk there to own basic kitchen equipment (oil, spices, salt, etc.) along take, for that we missed in the keuken.Beheerder was very friendly and helpful.

This house exceded our expectations, it was clean and up to date and had all the amenities that we needed. There was so much space in this house that we had rooms to spare. It is in the north of holland so if you are doing alot of site seeing you do have to drive, but for us the quality out weighted the drive as we looked forward to get back to our house. Everything is new and clean, we felt right at home when we got there, If you are considering staying here I have to say it is worth you money..... enjoy your holiday ....I know we did

The height of the house is very luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating. The number of bedrooms is large, but the rooms downstairs are noisy so the idea of u200bu200ba private room again decreases. Yet be careful is the low passage height at the staircase and the step in the living room, even though it directly or on gewezen.Verder the house and everything else you would expect from a holiday. Peace, space, gemak.We were with 8 people and that is very present goed.Een wagon is suitable for the luggage from the parking to bring back. That's still just a distance. But that distance is garden that you can use for a sunny spot out of the wind to search. Garden furniture is more than voldoende.Er is not really an opportunity to walk, then you have to nearby Calantsoog with strand.Daar is also a supermarket open every day until 22:00 is.De equipment, TV, CD, DVD, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher are of good quality. The vacuum cleaner makes a lot herrie.Een surprise, near the beautiful bulb fields, wonderful hyacinth fragrance. All in all highly recommended.

A delightful, surprising home by including the layout. The bathroom is the epitome of luxury, where everyone has used. Thankful for The presence of a washer and dryer is also very nice. The area lends itself to exploration by bicycle.
