The cosy living room is furnished with a variety of vintage furniture and retro items. On the other hand, you will always be surprised by the modern art that adorns the walls everywhere. The bedrooms have also been designed with great attention to detail.
Fenced and sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture, parasol and elekr. BBQ. The ideal base for a wonderful beach holiday.

Entrance area, living room with sofa and small TV, children's corner and dining area with large dining table. Kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. Small bathroom with shower and washbasin.
1. First floor:
1 large bedroom with double bed (2x90x200) and views of the countryside. 1 smaller bedroom with double bed (140x200) There is another small room with enough space to hang and store clothes.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful beach of Callantsoog is about 4 km away. It has excellent beach restaurants, a nice centre and a lovely centre with cosy terraces and shopping facilities. There is also a beautiful large nature reserve. There are also good shopping facilities in 't Zand (2 km).
Anna Paulowna, Den Helder, Schagen and the beautiful forest and dune area of Schoorl and Bergen are well worth a visit. Amsterdam is also not far away.
