The Resort IJsselmeer, surrounded by water, offers a wide range of accommodations. All holiday homes are spacious, detached and sleep up to 6 guests. The NL-1671-07 has a basic, but well-maintained interior. The NL-1671-08 is a little bigger and might be equipped with a few more appliances, like a dishwasher. The NL-1671-11 is a more modern accommodation. The NL-1671-12 is also more modern and completely refurbished according to the latest trends. If you're looking for wellness, the NL-1671-13 is the choice for you. It's equipped with a sauna on the first floor.
All holiday homes are set in spacious grounds, immediately on open sailing and fishing water. You'll have your own jetty and some comfortable garden furniture at your disposal.
Some of the NL-1671-07, NL-1671-11 and NL-1671-12 types have one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. If you'd like to indicate this as a preference in your booking, please contact our Customer Service Center.

Location and surroundings of object
Park is surrounded by water, with the Ijssel lake on the one side and the other side is the Kleine Vliet. The spacious, freestanding bungalows have their own private dock. In the subtropical swimming paradise can young and old amuse themselves.
A holiday park set in a landscape with a lot of water. The park has a subtropical swimming pool, solarium, sports facilities and more.
A group of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed in the park without adult supervision.
This park is fireworks free, although no guarantee can be given for this, also for fireworks in the area.
The swimming pool is closed from 4 to 10 January for annual maintenance.

The accommodation disappointed us because it was not clean and the beds creaked and sagged. The duvets had brown and white spots. In De kiep / tilt windows there was a lot of dirt + insects. Had expected because it went through Belvilla, it would be cleaner. We paid 40 euros extra, because we also booked last year through the park and also complained about the final cleaning and maintenance of household appliances, and it said in the description that there were luxury garden furniture. They were really hard to find. Really expected it to be better. Very unfortunate, it would be nice if you do something about this. Mvrgr J. v. Veghel. + Group of friends.

the house was unfortunately not a bit dirty (especially the upper floor). A lamp and a towel rail didn't work or was defective and was not changed within our time (10 days).

Excellent accommodation except bathroom ground floor. That definitely needs a freshening up. May be shielded from the wasta3. All water continues to the corridor. It can be modernized. Oven was dirty, a lot of fat. Everything else was fine ..

However, there was a big minus point, the cleanliness of the house. The floors weren't vacuumed well and if you pulled the beds apart you still found a lot of dust and dirt from the previous guests. In addition, the window sills were full of flies and other animals, as well as cobwebs and dust in many corners of the apartment.
Don't look too closely at the beds either.
In addition, they mowed the lawn the day before, but left the grass lying around, which unfortunately we also carried into the apartment everywhere.
All in all a nice house, but it could use a little better maintenance and cleaning.
