We had a wonderful stay at Resort IJsselmeer. The pier was super convenient for fishing and just to enjoy the view. The house was spacious enough for our family of five, and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor pool was also a nice addition, especially since it was quite warm during our trip. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit unreliable, but we managed. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

House was not really clean. Dust in the corners, dead flies on the ceiling. Beds were very weak and further muddy covers. Kitchen equipment was very poor. Space in the house was good and place is nice.

Overall, the facility was good, the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, our house (no. 156) had a less than pleasant access to the water, completely different from what is suggested in the photo in the residence ticket! There is a somewhat rickety fence facing the water.
The footbridge was quite overgrown when we arrived, let the reception know and it was fixed immediately.
But some of the planks on the footbridge were also damaged.
The house was reasonably equipped, but some of it was getting a bit old. There was no closet or chest of drawers in one bedroom; the lower bedroom was far too small for a double bed.

The park is very well laid out on the water. Our house was newly renovated and clean. The staff was very nice and could help in all languages. Our little ones (5 and 7) really liked the swimming pool with a slide. The service in the restaurant was friendly and we found everything we needed on the map. The park is behind a dam. On the other side is the sea and a nice beach with a good restaurant. From here you can also easily walk to Medemblik and explore the city. What didn't bother me: the garbage cans in the park were almost always overflowing, so that the garbage often lay next to it. That's not a pretty picture. Here you can certainly improve. Conclusion: We will definitely come back. We also really liked Medemblik and the surrounding area.

Really good! At first I thought that the whole park looked very artificial with the small canals. This is not the case - everything looks organic and it is a wonderful feeling to look out over the water from your own garden. The houses are modern and tastefully decorated. The house was absolutely clean, no complaints. Medemblik is a friendly one Small place with lots of boats. From there you can easily reach beautiful excursion destinations such as Hoorn or Volendam. So from my side: A clear recommendation!

Every day we were woken up around 7 am / 8:30 am by construction work on new houses opposite our house. We have also reported this in the app, but have not received a response. Had a great time! The place was clean and well-maintained, plus it had everything we needed to feel at home. I loved sitting outside with my coffee and looking at the IJsselmeer. The kids had fun in the pool, and we found some nice places to eat nearby. A few things could be updated, but nothing major. Perfect for a relaxing short vacation.

We were kind and well received at the reception. Accommodation has good location on the water, spacious house, with spacious bedrooms, spacious bathroom. Facilities at the park are good, but limited. The brasserie in the park is very good. There is a supermarket (Aldi and Deen) in Medemblik a few minutes drive away. Medemblik nice town. Enough things to do in the area, half an hour away, such as Zuiderzeemuseum, Museum of the 20th century, castle Radbout, bakery museum, steam train Hoorn-Medemblik. The steam engine museum is within walking distance of the park. Really recommended! (a museum year card you have in this environment like this). For rating, I would actually reasonable given, because the accommodation was not properly cleaned, and the tennis court has ensured that our two children have been pretty hurt because they slip through the loose gravel just next to / between the job. But other things in the park are good.

Very nice check inn, uncomplicated and very informative! The houses are all on the Waase with a jetty. A bott can be borrowed for a day or a half without much effort. If you are looking for peace is just right. Even if there are many houses in the park it is very quiet and you are undisturbed.
