On arrival we have to pay extra service costs for our stay, € 90, - this was not mentioned when booking. The house had just been completely renovated, new furniture and new kitchen. The location of the house is beautiful, right on the water, ideal for sailing with a boat or canoeing. The park is well maintained and is close to Medemblik.

The accommodation was very good, great price performance! Clean, the most necessary available. Except oven ... we had a barbecue, which was very helpful. Beautiful surroundings on the beach and short drive to Amsterdam. Our stay was over New Years Eve, as our dog has an incredible bang and it was said, here is fireworks ban! Unfortunately, you could hear fireworks almost all day, 3 days before New Year's Eve. This was our vacation (Vll it is worth it in the summer again to come

Very friendly welcome from staff. The house was lovely. The cleaning was simply not done. The floor was sticking, also above old soft drink stains. the crockery too dirty and far from complete and all doors stuck. Typical case of small children and not cleaned. There was a huge hole in the garden table. The oven was burnt, the griddle could not be saved anymore. After reporting, the crockery was replenished and new garden table. we cleaned the house ourselves. The holidays were wonderful. Nice place.

On arrival it was very dark and look for the reception but super friendly welcome. The cottage was perfectly fine, clean, everything there was to be had there. Beautiful location, Rest, relaxation, nature were major assets! The food in the brasserie as delicious as possible but it is quite limited. The staff was very friendly. The boat rental and boat ride is also recommended. However, pool, however, was not very clean (in the water), the momentum did not drink and bathe, seat also was not what we found very sorry! There was however a lot of effort to be put on the slide at a small occupation. We look back to a relaxing, beautiful vacation!

The arrival was ok, the people at the reception were nice. The first impression of Bungalow was poor, very dirty and everything was very worn. The entire bungalow was provided from inside and outside with cobwebs, into the garden house you came hardly into sheer cobwebs. When asked if it was a Comfort plus bungalow, we got the answer is no, it was registered by belvilla only a Comfort Bungalow Comfort and not plus.Als small example The seat cushions for outdoor chairs were so filthy that they did not want to use. Frequently seen in medmeblik, lovely old town with nice center, mill, bakery museum, Amsterdam day, day of horn including stoomtrein.Helaas steam museum was closed, so we have more time terug.Natuurlijk still swimming in the indoor pool. And walking in the beautiful surroundings.

Very nice quiet resort. Near the beach, clean, and above all, what was fun the Hallenbad.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten was really walking distance about 1.5 km to Medemblik where you can get all what you need for daily life .Ansonsten within a radius of 20 km you can the larger cities to visit, like Hoorn and Enkuzien .Beautiful pedestrian zones and a lot of great Geschäfte.Allerdings is our overall impression ... in the summer it is worth better to go to Holland than in autumn.

We had a great week. Little affected by fireworks. The area is difficult to assess at this time of the year (last week of December), but if the weather is nice you can enjoy to the IJsselmeer (if the dog mess is cleaned up again). The pool was okay for children between 4 and 7 years old maybe older children after a few days too small? The cottage where we were (comfort type) was somewhat outdated and poorly cleaned. But rest for a week did it well.

We had most beautiful weather, so we were able to make and use all the activities. Our children are not yet in sailing or fishing age, so we were left the building sandcastles, play on the playground and swimming in the sea and swimming pool. Had a nice quiet week on the Zuiderzee park. over huisje.Met weather enough water for water, steam museum for me was a nice trip and right next to the park. The castle for the older and bakers Museum (great for kids) are definitely worth wast. The park has a swimming pool and restaurant, these are top.

The facility is nicely done, in the park and in the area for all ages and interests something. We stayed as a family with three young people there who, if the weather had not been so terrible, would have come there at their expense: swimming, jogging, relax, have a drink in the evening Medemblik. I found the tours highly recommended to Alkmaar and Amsterdam. One can, for P & R car park Sloterdijk and go with a cheap family ticket to get by train to Amsterdam.Leider you could not use the few days of sun terrace and garden, because everything was full Entenkot and the ducks were walking around there all the time. That was impossible!

We had a lovely relaxing time at the park, our daughter loved feeding the ducks. We were only there a few days, and used the park as a base while we visited other locations, so we didn't really use the facilities on site, but we were very impressed with the bungalow. New Years Eve 2010, New Year 2011, we will not soon forget! We have 2 families (4 adults + 2 small children.) Very well amused. Spacious bungalow with sufficient leeway for the rascals, big pool, nice playgrounds (even in winter) and friendly mensen.We come back someday, but in the summer :-)

A beautiful park, a nice house with a fantastic location. People with a dog, I would not recommend going to this park. You may not dog at the park outlets, there is no grass and there are no bins to the needs of the dog to do. Too bad because it is a stunningly beautiful and clean park.

House is unfortunately disappointing. It's too many things that don't match our expectations. Back door almost falls out, toilet roll holder broken. Also no toilet paper available. We therefore had to first go to the store (which is not present at the park). It is a non-smoking house, but I have no idea why it just smells so bad here. Several windows were open when we arrived. Handy to get the smell out but not handy for windows without screens, with so many mosquitoes in Medemblik. I won't list what our daughter thinks, but no bathroom cabinet is just stupid. Now everything is on the floor. And that for €1400,- in a low season week. (25-6/2-7) just can't.

Just a half hour before we could on the booked our holiday in Schoorl, rightly we got a call. Unfortunately, there was a mistake made, the property was not free. There would be an alternative gezocht.Die quest lasted 2.5 hours, but while waiting somewhere in the shade on the redemptive call that came much later than was toegezegd.We have the alternative accepted reluctantly, because we did not want to disappoint our grandchildren . Outrageous that the organization is so cluttered with Belvilla, outrageous that they leave behind is that a mistake has been made. Adjust You'd think there is intent here.
