Nice house, just a pity that here and there something was not complete or intact and that was not already confirmed to us. Now we had the feeling that the defects could be charged to us. This concerned crockery that was not complete and door handles that fell out. There was also used bedding on the washing machine and the door was not locked when we entered the house. Bed linen we have exchanged 1 set of dirty and damp. Saggy beds. Solved with our own topping mattress, we often come across bad beds in holiday accommodation ;-) Furthermore, very nice house with garden and great park with ditto facilities and recreation team.

The apartment is in a good location, but too expensive for the standard and for a short break (2-3 days). What actually belongs to the standard, had to be rebooked (for example towels, beds not made, etc.). Wished me cheaper offers for max. 6 people. Breakfast in the brasserie on the day of departure offered only standard and was with 10, - € per person + 5 euros for toddler too expensive.

Check in was great. Accommodation was very clean, but the duvets were heavily contaminated (inside full of urine stains, not the covers), the dishes were partially uncleaned in the closets granted. Environment is very worth seeing.

It is about a half walk to the cozy center, where you can enjoy good and tasty food in different places, there are also several nice pubs and shops.

We got to chill out. They succeeded. I could throw fishing. Read my partner for what. Together we have been able to visit all kinds of places like the rag market in Hoorn, The Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, MICE Texel, with its lovely shops and Alkmaar cheese market, and not to forget Medemblik itself. For me the highlight was the delicious super fresh fish with a daily dose of Dutch herring. Too bad the restaurant of the park had few visitors. The food was excellent and in our opinion cheap. Friendly service. The only flaw we found the interior of the cottage. Dated !! However, an oven but no microwave. All in all, it had a lovely week.

A beautiful park with beautiful houses. The decor was a bit disappointing for such 'n nice house. From this park there by bike several excursions to Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn. In the immediate vicinity of the park there are a lot of mosquitoes (probably by nature and low water).

It was a nice house with good insulation. It was so warm in the house making you stay in the cottage could experience as fine. Only the service could really better. They were hard on wifi. Previous stays at other holiday gifts internet access (cable). My holiday was over all really quite pleasant except for the house! By this I mean that it has very strong stench in the house of smoke even though my friends and myself are smokers, it really bothered us. The kitchen items such as pots, pans, etc. were very old and needed not looked appetizing! I really wonder whether the mattresses, blankets and pillows were ever changed since existence of the installation ?! It was easy but I want to say that was the plant from seen from the few points very nice and quiet, it will go to the Super walks close to the sea and beautiful corners Ekelerregend.Dazu. The apartment looked nice and was fully equipped. The location on the water was very nice. The service from the park, however, we found disappointing. The lady behind the desk was not very friendly. Our question when we could expect our bedding we got an answer to all of you go to bed then? We had booked a week at the holiday park and were very satisfied. The house is very well equipped and well separated from her by section 3 bedrooms in the attic. Despite the bad weather we had, there was plenty to do at the park or in Medemblik. The children can into the pool, and you can walk to Medemblik. There you Radboud Castle or bakery museum. The tram Hoorn-Medemblik-Horn is less convenient because the tram (seen from Medemblik) actually runs in the wrong direction.

House was not in a good condition. Mattresses were no longer good in the beds. The freezer compartment on the fridge was broken (door). The cleanliness in general was not as you would imagine for a cleaned house. Price performance for 4 nights not exactly cheap

Communication from Belvilla about the extra costs that must be paid at the park is not clear when booking the accommodation. On arrival we came to the surprise that the removal of bed linen and final cleaning is mandatory. From the park, the finger is pointed at Belvilla regarding the poor communication. The e-mail from the park whether you want to book extra things such as a made bed, is therefore only the making of the bed instead of the set of sheets for EUR 8.50 (!) Per Persoon. The mandatory final cleaning is also bizarre. The cleaning that is done is only all visible places, but if you look on top of a cupboard, door frame or lamp it is too dirty for words, not to start under the couch yet. Together we have been able to visit all kinds of places like the rag market in Hoorn, The Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, MICE Texel, with its lovely shops and Alkmaar cheese market, and not to forget Medemblik itself. For me the highlight was the delicious super fresh fish with a daily dose of Dutch herring. Too bad the restaurant of the park had few visitors. The food was excellent and in our opinion cheap. Friendly service. The only flaw we found the interior of the cottage. Dated !! However, an oven but no microwave. All in all, it had a lovely week.

A beautiful park with beautiful houses. The decor was a bit disappointing for such 'n nice house. From this park there by bike several excursions to Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn. In the immediate vicinity of the park there are a lot of mosquitoes (probably by nature and low water).

It was a nice house with good insulation. It was so warm in the house making you stay in the cottage could experience as fine. Only the service could really better. They were hard on wifi. My holiday was over all really quite pleasant except for the house! By this I mean that it has very strong stench in the house of smoke even though my friends and myself are smokers, it really bothered us. The kitchen items such as pots, pans, etc. were very old and needed not looked appetizing! I really wonder whether the mattresses, blankets and pillows were ever changed since existence of the installation ?! It was easy but I want to say that was the plant from seen from the few points very nice and quiet, it will go to the Super walks close to the sea and beautiful corners Ekelerregend.Dazu. Had children, so as I got with a lot of fun. )

The apartment looked nice and was fully equipped. The location on the water was very nice. The service from the park, however, we found disappointing. The lady behind the desk was not very friendly. We had booked a week at the holiday park and were very satisfied. The house is very well equipped and well separated from her by section 3 bedrooms in the attic. Despite the bad weather we had, there was plenty to do at the park or in Medemblik. The children can into the pool, and you can walk to Medemblik. There you Radboud Castle or bakery museum.
