We had a lot of problems with the toilets. That was very annoying. We couldn't flush. Someone came twice, the problem was temporarily solved but came back again. Throughout the entire stay, this was very bothersome. Also, the drain in the downstairs bathroom didn't work properly.

Mattress protectors were still full of hair and stains from the previous residents.

Reported this to reception and only replaced the mattress protectors. Nothing else has been done by the park. Everything, including the restaurant, shop and snack bar, was also closed from Monday to Thursday. All in all a bad experience for us at Europarcs. No more Europarcs for us.

Holland is beautiful and Amsterdam, the North Sea and the IJsselmeer are each half an hour away from the holiday home. The small pool in the holiday park is nice and the animation for children was very nice! The house itself is big and spacious and clean enough. Sufficient for the purpose of our vacation.

Overall acceptable for the price. The house could have been cleaner (hair in the shower, green clippings on the terrace). Equipment in the kitchen was okay but "cheap", things like a sharp knife, e.g. baby cot and chair, were only missing here upon express request. According to the Belvilla hotline, simply ask on site. On site it is said that something like this has to be booked in advance. Two days in a row the hedge on the property was cut during our presence when we were lying in the garden. Green waste remains and is then only fetched the following day. Again when you are present. That you have to point out to the workers that you don't have to cut the green waste at the car or pass it between the house and the car doesn't need any more words. Overall not bad, but many little things that you can do much better. Probably won't come again.

Besides the fact that we had a nice long weekend in the beautiful house, there were quite a few things that caused quite a few annoyances during the stay. Successively: 1. the dishwasher was only partially cleared on arrival; 2. a glass turntable was missing in the microwave, making it unusable. Later the microwave turned out not to work at all (oven did); 3. the drain of the shower on the ground floor was completely clogged, flooding the entire room and we spent more than half an hour with fondue forks to fish the enormous amount of hair and other junk out of the drain; 4. in the whole house, but especially on the top floor, there was a permanent smell of sewage and the ceiling of the shower room on the 1st floor turned out to be full of mold; 5. many (2) of the bedside lamps in the bedrooms had a broken bulb; 6. curtains from the bedroom on the bg were loose, had to re-hang at least ten hooks in the eyes; 7. received in a welcome package 1 roll of toilet paper for a house with two toilets and use by 5 people; 8. roller blinds in bedrooms were largely broken and could not be raised; 9. bathroom on bg looks like a glorified laundry room. lighting only 1 ceiling lamp; 10. beds on 1st floor bad, can feel the springs through the mattresses.; 11. the handles of both the front door and the patio door were loose and threatened to fall out every time; 12. lighting in the living room very limited, only a table lamp and only the lamps on the ceiling (nice and unsociable). In short, we already expect a regular user of Belvilla a different level of the houses offered.

the house itself was fine in layout but- the cleaning crew had smoked inside- a set of sheets was mouldy- the cleaning was sloppy, the house was dusty- on the floor was a rug that shifted very easily, so much so that i'm the last day tripped and injured my head and shattered my glasses- park policy is to issue one pass per home; during the week we found that at 6am the remote access trees were poorly controlled. Incidentally, the reception did not make a fuss about a second pass the next day - we have never paid so much for final cleaning

The park is equipped with several facilities such as swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and a petting zoo. Restaurant where we had a very nice meal. Park looks nice and cared for by means of different houses. Our 6 person cottage was more spacious than expected and clean. We visited the Zaanse Schans and Volendam. We also did a walk on the island of the Woude (8 km) and visited the town of De Rijp with skipper Piet (recommended) followed by a treasure hunt through the village. We may come back here again…

On arrival a considerable amount had to be paid, which did not correspond to the amount stated by Belvilla. Europarcs had not been correctly informed about the number of people, so too much bed linen and tourist tax were charged. At the reception, attention was paid to Corona measures. Everything well organized. Cottage was reasonably clean, a dirty microwave and many stains on the sofa. Environment is beautiful. Many opportunities for excursions in the area and to get on the water.

The house was very suitable for two adults, two teenagers and two children. We also had a dog with us which could jump freely in the garden because the garden was fenced. The only problem was the mosquitoes. Unfortunately the houses do not have mosquito nets and we had to put them up ourselves.

Corona caused a long waiting time at check-in. The house was not very clean and the furniture was very shabby. The accommodation was really nice at first glance and convinced us immediately. Bright and clean. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with the house, that a pair of pigeons meant to have to live over the terrace. There was also a wasp nest somewhere near. So we could not use the terrace in the evening. We personally did not think it was bad, because we were always on the road anyway. Also think that the reception would have found a solution, we would have objected. Because the staff was always very nice and courteous. The location of the park was ideal for many great excursions. The centrally located central station of Amsterdam can be easily reached by train, if you park your car in Krommenie-Assendelft in the free parking lot. Alkmaar, Hoorn and other major cities can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Nearby grocery shopping is available in De Rijp. A well stocked supermarket. All in all, we would come again. You are kindly received at the reception. Once arrived at the holiday home, it is particularly striking how spacious it is inside. We had number 240 and there should be done something more on the first floor. For example, in one of the bedrooms there was no cupboard or chair where you could put clothes on, while the room was certainly spacious enough for that. The pictures that we had seen as an example, showed a more decorated house.All in all a nice weekend, because other facilities are not lacking.The holiday park is in a quiet area, but with a car you are fairly fast in Alkmaar, Volendam etc.

A nice location of the house right on the water. Staff helpful and friendly. Property very nice, with pool and playground, but just no amusement park, but only accommodation. Amsterdam via PR Noord super to reach (10 min to Hbf). But I recommend Alkmar or Haarlem, which are very authentic for North Holland. Cycling, as everywhere in Holland, goes well. Fly screens are actually standard today and right on the canal certainly a good investment for the owner. Furthermore, deep plates for pasta or soups would have been nice. A cutlery for more than 6 people would also bring more points, as the stopper runs more often ....... The central ventilation system is unfortunately not explained in the house documents, but is required because otherwise the bathrooms are not properly ventilated. In house 112 is a switch in the kitchen. This should be at level 3 during the day. The Polish workers mentioned in other reviews were there, but rather unremarkable. The arrival was disappointing. Firstly the entrance to the park is very poorly indicated (no or hardly a sign) and then we signed up at the reception. Amsterdam via PR Noord super to reach (10 min to Hbf). But I recommend Alkmar or Haarlem, which are very authentic for North Holland. Cycling, as everywhere in Holland, goes well. Fly screens are actually standard today and right on the canal certainly a good investment for the owner. Furthermore, deep plates for pasta or soups would have been nice. A cutlery for more than 6 people would also bring more points, as the stopper runs more often ....... The central ventilation system is unfortunately not explained in the house documents, but is required because otherwise the bathrooms are not properly ventilated. The accommodation was really nice at first glance and convinced us immediately. Bright and clean. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with the house, that a pair of pigeons meant to have to live over the terrace. There was also a wasp nest somewhere near. So we could not use the terrace in the evening. We personally did not think it was bad, because we were always on the road anyway. The park is equipped with several facilities such as swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and a petting zoo. Restaurant where we had a very nice meal. Park looks nice and cared for by means of different houses. Our 6 person cottage was more spacious than expected and clean. We visited the Zaanse Schans and Volendam. We also did a walk on the island of the Woude (8 km) and visited the town of De Rijp with skipper Piet (recommended) followed by a treasure hunt through the village. We may come back here again…

Overall acceptable for the price. The house could have been cleaner (hair in the shower, green clippings on the terrace). Equipment in the kitchen was okay but "cheap", things like a sharp knife, e.g. baby cot and chair, were only missing here upon express request. According to the Belvilla hotline, simply ask on site. On site it is said that something like this has to be booked in advance. Two days in a row the hedge on the property was cut during our presence when we were lying in the garden. Green waste remains and is then only fetched the following day. Again when you are present. That you have to point out to the workers that you don't have to cut the green waste at the car or pass it between the house and the car doesn't need any more words. Besides the fact that we had a nice long weekend in the beautiful house, there were quite a few things that caused quite a few annoyances during the stay. Successively: 1. the dishwasher was only partially cleared on arrival; 2. a glass turntable was missing in the microwave, making it unusable. Later the microwave turned out not to work at all (oven did); 3. the drain of the shower on the ground floor was completely clogged, flooding the entire room and we spent more than half an hour with fondue forks to fish the enormous amount of hair and other junk out of the drain; 4. in the whole house, but especially on the top floor, there was a permanent smell of sewage and the ceiling of the shower room on the 1st floor turned out to be full of mold; 5. many (2) of the bedside lamps in the bedrooms had a broken bulb; 6. curtains from the bedroom on the bg were loose, had to re-hang at least ten hooks in the eyes; 7. received in a welcome package 1 roll of toilet paper for a house with two toilets and use by 5 people; 8. roller blinds in bedrooms were largely broken and could not be raised; 9. bathroom on bg looks like a glorified laundry room. lighting only 1 ceiling lamp; 10. beds on 1st floor bad, can feel the springs through the mattresses.; 11. the handles of both the front door and the patio door were loose and threatened to fall out every time; 12. lighting in the living room very limited, only a table lamp and only the lamps on the ceiling (nice and unsociable). In short, we already expect a regular user of Belvilla a different level of the houses offered.

the house itself was fine in layout but- the cleaning crew had smoked inside- a set of sheets was mouldy- the cleaning was sloppy, the house was dusty- on the floor was a rug that shifted very easily, so much so that i'm the last day tripped and injured my head and shattered my glasses- park policy is to issue one pass per home; during the week we found that at 6am the remote access trees were poorly controlled. Incidentally, the reception did not make a fuss about a second pass the next day - we have never paid so much for final cleaning
