The spacious and luxurious apartments at Resort Poort of Amsterdam are located in a small complex of three floors at the edge of the resort. They all have a view over the marina and over the park itself.
The 8-person apartment (NL-1154-10) consists of two floors. You have four bedrooms at your disposal, two of which downstairs and two upstairs. The beds are single box-spring beds, some in a double set-up. It is possible that one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed instead of two single beds. beds. There are three bathrooms, one of which downstairs and two upstairs; each bathroom features a walk-in shower. It has a separate toilet, too. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. They contain a luxurious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi is available. The layout may differ by apartment. The bathrooms might be in the bedrooms (en suite) or located on the central landing.
You'll have two balconies and there also is garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking space for two cars in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Resort Poort van Amsterdam is characterised by the unique location. It does not get any more genuinely North Holland than this: the authentic town of Uitdam and its surroundings, the water of the Markermeer and the lively capital Amsterdam, just fifteen minutes away by car.
The resort, which opened in 2016, has a broad selection of different, luxurious holiday homes and apartments. The entire resort was built in the style that you might expect here: authentic on the outside, but equipped inside with all luxury, comfort, and amenities. And that is truly the case for the whole resort. You get the feeling that you are staying in a separate village.
Because practically all of the houses are directly on water-thoroughfare, Resort Poort van Amsterdam is especially suited to water sports enthusiasts due to the beach, the water sports centre and the marina by appointment. But nature lovers will also find these surroundings interesting. The many water fowl, extensive meadows, and diverse nature reserves in the immediate vicinity offer plenty of opportunities.
On the resort itself, you will not have a moment of boredom. There are various facilities for young and old. These vary from a covered swimming pool to playgrounds and from a spa to a hip, stylish restaurant with a cosy bar and terrace. Here you can enjoy wonderful dishes or simply enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. For fresh rolls in the morning and the small daily groceries, you will find what you need in the mini-market. For the little ones, there is an indoor play paradise.
There is plenty to do in the area. There are various public golf courses. Fort Beemster is located just 15 km away. The Poort Van Amsterdam Resort lies right on the Markermeer, just outside the beautiful town of Uitdam. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend entering into a contract with Bevilla for accommodation with a clear conscience. For us this is the last company on earth that I would ever book a vacation with again. I'll stay at home beforehand. I can't say much about the park itself. The park staff are very friendly and helpful. You also understand that we have canceled our trip due to the current Corona situation. We told the park twice by phone that our stay was booked for 7 days and that we would have to go into quarantine for 10 days on the instructions of the Dutch government, i.e. longer than our planned vacation. We should contact Bevilla about a rebooking, which seems to be in vain, since I've been on the homepage for over an hour and can't find a way to contact me via email. In addition, Bevilla offers an 0800 number as a callback in their emails. Usually an 0800 number is free of charge, except for Bevilla, where you have to pay around 0.30 € per minute with your mobile phone. When the situation eases again, we will definitely go on holiday to this park, but this time we will book directly in the park. Bevilla is not an option and we cannot advise anyone to use this company.

The arrival at the reception was very friendly ... the accommodation was very well divided ... but it could have been cleaner the chairs that were broken in advance could have been removed, the bicycles also broken ... the sheets on the beds did not look inviting ... a lot of mosquitoes in the room ... closets would have been nicer to put clothes in ... otherwise the surroundings were very nice and quiet you definitely need a car

arrival was good. Excellent and spacious accommodation. Pleasant environment with a view of the water. We did suffer from noise nuisance late at night, including from young people who stayed outside until the night.

The arrival in Poort van Amsterdam is well organized. We had to wait at the reception, but the check-in went fine. The cottage is wonderfully spacious and clean. The location is beautiful, overlooking the harbor and the Markermeer.

We arrived Friday around 4 o'clock. Everything was ready: 2 "keys", intended for both the barrier and the entrance to the apartment. The park looked clean and welcoming and was well cared for.

Arrival little information, accommodation was good, only a lot of stairs so.not suitable for everyone, the sets on the terraces were not in order, completely broken table, old peeling table, actually a mess, several times been to the reception, .not really customer friendly! In the room a robust table of wood, cannot be cleaned, unsanitary for renting! In terms of environment, beautiful routes for cycling, Marken, Voldendam, Monnickendam, Edam etc.

We were at 14.30 clock at the front desk and have checked in. To the question if we could get a key for the house. We were only answered with a fairly clear NO until 15 clock. We had an arrival of 6 hours and on the day of arrival it was quite rainy. So we had to wait 30 minutes in front of the reception, to get our key at 15 o'clock. This was very unprofessional and not very flexible, it was only about 30 minutes

Friendly people at the reception but not very flexible. Accommodation is beautiful and spacious, nice park. There is plenty to see in the area.

The area was beautiful, the park provided everything and the cottage was neat. However, Wi-Fi did not work when we arrived and was not made during the time we stayed there, even though we indicated that this was a crucial point for us.
