The villa is located in a quiet area, which was ideal for us. We appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities. Great for a relaxing family holiday!

This holiday home exceeded our expectations, Very suitable for families with ample space for children to play, The nearby playground was a great success for them!

Perfect for larger groups! We had six people and the space was just right. The children had fun in the outdoor pool while the adults relaxed on the balcony.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Nice accommodation, unfortunately an armchair is broken and a cover of the dishwasher is missing, which unfortunately spoils the first impression a little. The lack of a toaster is also annoying.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The email for the app for the key and to finalize details didn't work in UK, neither did any of the telephone numbers. I managed to get on once in Netherlands but it was a worry, what if our booking had been canceled? Landal park didn't recieve our request for towels and bed linen. Fortunately reception was still open (check in 4pm, reception close 5pm) so they were sent up to our house and dumped in the doorway. Cheers. Cleaning, tourist tax and linen hire was an extra 600. It wasn't apparent when booking that the 12 person house has stairs. I booked it because it had a groundfloor bedroom for my elderly parents , but when we got there, a smaller flat was on the groundfloor, our house was up some stairs. They managed though. No oven, no toaster, no sharp knives, no supplies, no washing machine and no iron. Shop at reception was pricey but the supermarket is only a ten minute walk. The marina park could benefit from being weeded, but apart from all that the house was lovely. Big windows, breezy, plenty of room and places to sit. Comfy furniture and beds. Despite all the negatives, I would definitly come back though.

There was also several dirty cutlery among the clean ones. The tables on the balcony were also very dirty and definitely not cleaned when we arrived.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Nice upper apartment with more than enough space. Small outdoor area for 12 people, but we didn't mind that. Shop in the park was larger than expected. Beach nearby. Volendam center nearby. Good location and fine accommodation.

The views from the balcony are simply beautiful! We enjoyed drinking wine while watching the sunset over the marina. The spacious living room felt like a home away from home.

Just a straightforward, practical place to stay. The layout was well-suited for our group, and several toilets were very convenient. The balcony was a nice spot to relax in the evenings.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house was large enough and had a good layout. We were a total of 11 people and had enough space. Unfortunately, the house was very dusty, dirty, and inadequately cleaned. The bed linen and towels were not provided, even though we had booked them in advance. The Wi-Fi did not work right away. The dishes had to be completely rinsed beforehand, as there were food residues everywhere. Initially, only one dishwasher worked. The safe was defective and could not be used. All in all, it was a nice stay for us, but as for the house, it unfortunately gets some deductions here and there. The staff at the reception was very friendly.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We were 10 people and used apartment 308 bc. The apartment was good, there were problems with the dishwasher that does not clean well. Also, the couch needs to be replaced, one almost sinks through it.
