This holiday home is located on the edge of De Cocksdorp, a few minutes from the beach. At this beautiful location, surrounded by nature, you can be on the beach within minutes. A stone's throw away you will find the dunes, the forest and shops or restaurants. From the villa you have a direct connection to various walking and cycling routes.
You will lack nothing in this villa. All villas have a luxurious open kitchen, inside and outside a decorative fireplace and three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom. The villas are equipped with a sauna. From your terrace you have a beautiful view over the vast Krimbos.
The island of Texel offers many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is pre-eminently the means of transport for this holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces. For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. One of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

We really enjoyed the beautiful stay. We would like to continue to live/buy there. We have a few more tips: there were no hooks in the bathrooms to hang things on. The duvets were thick, these may be summer duvets. The downstairs bathroom could not be used in the evening as it caused the fire alarm to go off twice. This was quite scary at eleven o'clock in the evening. It was a beautiful luxury house and the terrace was nice to stay with nice chairs. Compliments for the decor and the beautiful bathrooms. I hope that everyone who will use it will be just as careful with the beautiful things as we have done. Maybe another tip if you place a bubble bath to make a drain in front of it so that the water that goes over it can drain into it. I would like to test new houses seems very nice and then give tips. I would also like to be kept informed if there are new houses for rent. We have rented through you before. So we are satisfied.

Brand new holiday home with a lot of comfort in the vicinity of De Cocksdorp with a good supermarket and some nice restaurants. The cottage has a nice kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms with excellent single beds. The sanitary facilities are of excellent quality. Heated with heat pump. Cooled with air conditioners. Plenty of hot water. Shower runs poorly and becomes a water ballet. Beautiful surroundings with many cycling and walking opportunities. Cozy places.
