The holiday apartment CANALETTO is located on the ground floor (there are no steps to overcome) of a newly renovated house from the 18th Century in the middle of the city center of Dresden, the Baroque District, on the opposite bank of the river Elbe in Dresden's Historic Old Town, 10 minutes walk from the Semper Opera house, the Strietzelmarkt Christmas market, from the Dresden Zwinger castle and the Frauenkirche church, the Historic Green Vault and the trendy neighborhood of the Outer Neustadt. A living room (Sofa bed x ), one bedroom (queen size bed x ), a bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a large patio (terrace in a quiet backyard of the house) is expected our guests incl. Broadband Internet access and comfortable bicycles for each guest. For families with children we provide a children's high chairs, cots, children's bicycles and a children's bicycle seat for free on demand. 300 Meters from the apartment are the stops for the TRAM lines, 750 meters away from the railway station Dresden Neustadt (ICE, IC, EC, RE, RB) and parking is possible directly in front of the house on the street. You stay in the central city of Dresden, in an urban historic district with shops, restaurants and many places of interest, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a self-sufficiency exploring of our town!

The flat is in a great location for all kinds of activities in Dresden and the surrounding area.
It is tastefully and comfortably furnished, the kitchen is super
is super equipped.
The free bicycles are in good condition and an excellent additional offer.

Fascinating city, beautiful apartment.
Having found an apartment like this in such a fascinating city that brings history to life was a stroke of luck. The apartment immediately invites you to feel "at home." Everywhere you can sense that someone has put a lot of thought into what is needed. Everything is lovingly and tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped in a way that allows one to stay there for weeks. A true oasis of tranquility! Thank you for the books about Dresden and the surrounding area. We explored some things with the bikes. We also used the parking ticket when we no longer needed the car. Thank you very much for that. Everything is easily reachable on foot or by bike. We will gladly come back and have already raved extensively about the apartment and Dresden.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Perfekt. Es gibt unendlich viele schöne Dinge zu sehen und die sind alle bequem zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad erreichbar.
free time activities: endlos viele Besichtigungen, wunderschöne Radtouren zu interessanten Zielen, Wandern, Oper ..... Es kann dort nicht langweilig werden.
shopping facilities: Für jeden Geschmack gibt es etwas in nächster Umgebung. Ein Erlebnis war auch der Elbe-Flohmarkt
