We had a nice weekend with the group. House is spacious and well furnished. Only 1 bathroom for 10 people is a bit little. Towels were minimal and we had trouble with the hob. Furthermore, a beautiful place and surroundings. We have made beautiful bike rides. We were happy that we could all put the bikes inside.

The house is beautiful, big and cozy. It stands on a farm. Coffee maker, egg cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ironing board, iron and much more is available. Towels, bath towels and dishcloths and bed linen are provided. Small minus point in rooms there is no closet or shelf to put clothes out of the suitcase. The house is clean. And you can also sit comfortably outside in the evening.

The cottage is beautifully situated in the wide surroundings of Genderen. The sunset is particularly beautiful! There is a lot of activity around the house (agricultural activities and a mini-camping) but it is very quiet. The facilities themselves are fine. The kitchen is complete and there is ample space to sit, both inside and outside. The bathroom is also good but perhaps one bathroom is a bit too little for ten people. But hey, with a little planning, it's doable. The bedrooms are fine! Genderen is centrally located and from there you have many opportunities to undertake fun activities "close to home". The only downside is the maintenance, there were quite a few lights that stopped working and not much was done to the garden. Finally, the price-quality ratio is great and we had a great time!

We had a very nice week in this villa with the ten of us. Nice contact with the landlord, nice that we could enter the house earlier than indicated. The meadow next to the house is a nice surprise where we played many games and in the evening We also enjoyed looking at the stars. Nice beds, TV's in the rooms. Thanks!!!

House is fairly clean. Bedrooms are big enough. Land around the house is also very large. There is someone else living in the extension who is attached to the house, but this did not bother us.

Beautiful spacious house with friendly hostess. Plenty of amenities available at the cottage. Beds slept well. Only criticism is the seats in the living room, because there are few seats for 10 people.

Good house with very good beds. For the rest, fairly basic in terms of pots / pans, etc. The only thing that must be mentioned is that someone lives at the sheltered home, which is not mentioned on the site.

Very nice cottage and very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen inventory was not sufficient for 10 people, as far as cutlery is concerned. Some old plates and bowls. No teapot. We had to look for the manuals for the oven and the ceramic hob.
