Farmhouse in Genderen with Terrace

The house was great. Nice and spacious but quite noisy. One bathroom is relatively little for 10 people. At night there were sounds from the neighboring farm and road. Some inventory is on the sparse side. The location is somewhat remote. So you have to set out by car or bike first.

We had a nice weekend with the group. House is spacious and well furnished. Only 1 bathroom for 10 people is a bit little. Towels were minimal and we had trouble with the hob. Furthermore, a beautiful place and surroundings. We have made beautiful bike rides. We were happy that we could all put the bikes inside.

The house was perfect! A lot more spacious than we expected which came in handy.
We spent 4 days recording an album. This was communicated to the owner beforehand to avoid any surprises. Obviously we were trying to be considerate to the surroundings, so no noise after 20.00 but even then it would get pretty loud during the day. But not a single peep so we could finish our project nicely on time.
So I would expect for a family it would also work out!

Everything was as described. There are two toilets. You should be prepared for country air. The key handover on arrival was not ideal. It was only after visiting the landlord twice that the matter was clarified. The washing machine was only available in the common room of the holiday complex. Otherwise, the holiday home was good for relaxing during the week and was an ideal starting point for our tours.

The cottage is beautifully situated in the wide surroundings of Genderen. The sunset is particularly beautiful! There is a lot of activity around the house (agricultural activities and a mini-camping) but it is very quiet. The facilities themselves are fine. The kitchen is complete and there is ample space to sit, both inside and outside. The bathroom is also good but perhaps one bathroom is a bit too little for ten people. But hey, with a little planning, it's doable. The bedrooms are fine! Genderen is centrally located and from there you have many opportunities to undertake fun activities "close to home". The only downside is the maintenance, there were quite a few lights that stopped working and not much was done to the garden. Finally, the price-quality ratio is great and we had a great time!

The house is beautiful, big and cozy. It stands on a farm. Coffee maker, egg cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ironing board, iron and much more is available. Towels, bath towels and dishcloths and bed linen are provided. Small minus point in rooms there is no closet or shelf to put clothes out of the suitcase. The house is clean. And you can also sit comfortably outside in the evening.

The meadow next to the house is a nice surprise where we played many games and in the evening We also enjoyed looking at the stars. Nice beds, TV's in the rooms. Thanks!!!

House is fairly clean. Bedrooms are big enough. Land around the house is also very large. There is someone else living in the extension who is attached to the house, but this did not bother us.

Very nice cottage and very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen inventory was not sufficient for 10 people, as far as cutlery is concerned. Some old plates and bowls. No teapot. We had to look for the manuals for the oven and the ceramic hob.
