Nicely renovated house. With use of hotel facilities (outside swimming pool). Big garden. Multiple terraces. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Well equipped kitchen.

Nice villa to stay with 10 people. Cozy living room with fireplace, enough toilets and showers, nice mattresses. Prima kitchen, cupboards here and there a bit loose. Beautiful area for walking.

It's a wonderfull house but it needs a lot of maintenance. One of the entrance doors could not be closed. The toilet on the ground floor had no toilet seat. This was posted the day before departure. The tile floor was extremely dirty. We went to get our own cleaning supplies at the reception. The location is very nice but there were some things that were very unfortunate. After a good refurbishment and a serious cleaning, it is a nice accommodation.

June 10, 2022. We have just arrived. And immediately have a strong complaint. The recreation room has been dismantled, no billiards, no darts. Only a number of shutters that have been painted and are drying. And then you are there, with a group of billiards and darts players. SCANDALOUS! I'm working on this. The exterior is in any case poorly maintained, especially not cleaned, at the entrance there are cobwebs, flies, etc. Entrance can be reached via a bumpy grass path. Billiard room is not open, not accessible. The common living room has a dirty air, very dated furniture, broken couch. after a number of complaints are not followed up by the landlord. Last nuisance of mice inside !!!!

At check in (at 4pm) the cleaners were still busy. We were able to get a drink and wait at the hotel (a bit tricky with a crying baby and a Great Dane) Finally after about half an hour of waiting we were able to enter. What you then expect is of course a clean house (especially after waiting for the cleaners). It first started with the baby cots (2 requested). 1 bed had a mattress the other bed 3 garden pillows (never let a baby sleep on garden pillows plus that it is very dangerous). Reported this at the reception where it was first made difficult until we would mention it at Horeca Nederland when nothing was done about it. Suddenly there was a mattress. We finally thought we could start the weekend until the shower hose sprayed off the tap, the rails of the shower curtain hung loose (pictures of this), we found mouse droppings in the kitchen drawer (also pictures of this), leftover food from previous residents in the drawer, Dirty dishes (also photos of), The vacuum cleaner (since the floor was quite dirty) did not suck at all, and the house would be dog friendly, if we let them loose in the garden they were killed because it fencing removed was.Ik find this very sad especially for my parents who paid this weekend (married 40 years).That this house needs maintenance is okay but you expect at least a clean house on arrival.and then a arrive at the time you should be able to enter.

Upon arrival, extremely dirty windows and floors. Accommodation very poor on arrival, kitchen very incomplete, many broken lamps, oven did not work, heating did not work. Environment is beautiful.

Very nice place. A bit worried in advance because of the reviews received in the past, so we called the owner who assured us that we had worked on it. She was absolutely right, it was a wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable and almost fully equipped! Lovely fireplace where even the wood was ready. Overall a fantastic stay! I can recommend it to everyone!

There were some things broken when we arrived (oven and later the boiler), but that was solved very well. Good service! We would definitely go back again

The arrival was good, we had arrived on time so we first had a drink at the hotel, where we were received very friendly. We received the key to the house, in the kitchen there was a warm apple pie ready. dirty and in need of renovation and a very large cleaning turn. Windows broken, lamps that do not work, furniture completely worn out; water that does not drain into the shower. In the showers were old-fashioned faucets, miss a tip to replace them for thermostatic shower Faucets, works a lot easier and safer for children. The terrace was completely filled with cigarettes. Friendly welcome and a warm home-baked apple pie was ready in the kitchen. Super! The house is very spacious and the garden was great. The weather was good so really enjoyed it. The beds sleep well, were all made upon arrival. There was more than enough crockery and cutlery. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and we had a wonderful lunch there after our family weekend. Unfortunately the house was dirty and very dated. It smelled of smoke in the living room. The benches were old and dirty, with burnt holes here and there. We have therefore not used that part of the house. The bathrooms were also wrong. We had to wash the skillets in the kitchen before use, the oven was dirty, there were still food leftovers. The dishwasher was still full when we arrived. There were pieces of glass on the terrace and cigarette butts everywhere. The floor covering was also good, luckily our grandchild didn't crawl or walk, otherwise my daughter and son-in-law would not have stayed. We did receive a financial contribution afterwards and despite everything we had a very nice weekend together. Environment is also very beautiful.

The accommodation was fine in itself. Clean and big enough and with a good ambiance. Some overdue maintenance here and there. Small disadvantage is that it is directly on a fairly busy main road, but you do not suffer much, unless you really sit in the garden.

Large house, only it is somewhat dated. On arrival a bank and a pouf that missed a leg, reported but the landlord did not do anything with it during stay. There were more than enough seats in the billiards room for compendie. Kitchen was unfortunately a bit sticky and you miss some kitchen utensils. Oven gave smoke signals when used, after reporting this, someone would pass by the next day. Has come along but nothing has been cleaned. We have received cleaning stuff and have done it ourselves. Unfortunately, the smoke signals remained after use during the cleaning. Sink was hidden the 2nd day. Is unfortunately nothing done by the landlord after the report. We have disassembled the siphon ourselves, but the problem seems to be deeper. The above points are indicated on departure. A few days later we received a personal written e-mail with apologies and the report that they have looked at all the points in the house itself. Also nicely received a finacial compensation. Environment was very nice and you had a lot of outdoor space. Pool is simple and unfortunately did not work with our days.

Our children were allowed to pick up the key and open the house. good of trust, and fine. The house was very suitable for our family with 8 adults and 5 small children. Lovely lawn. and the weather was wonderful, so we could be outside a lot. Pool was very cold, but still nice to cool down. Environment walked a bit, was nice, by Landgoed Hulshorst. Zuiderzeeweg was a bit crowded and noisy.

Great big house, in a fantastic environment. Reception good. Thank you for making use of the facelies of the hotel. Restaurant very good and the service very friendly. However, the maintenance and cleaning of the house left something to be desired.

The villa is located near the Apollo hotel but thanks to the private driveway and fenced garden it does not feel like staying in a holiday park or at a hotel. The driveway is spacious and we could easily park all four cars here. After we received the key at the reception we received a delicious (still warm) apple pie. That is of course very attentive and we have been thrilled by this delicacy! The villa is spacious and everything is available, no time we have walked or stood in the way (11 people and 2 dogs). In addition, the beds were neatly made, there were towels ready for everyone and we found in the kitchen tea, coffee filters, washing up liquid, garbage bags, etc. There was also a light and the house was wonderfully heated for our arrival. What a great reception! During our stay of one weekend we discovered that some parts and utensils need to be replaced. So we have been surprised about the kettle which is on the small side (for a villa that can accommodate 12 guests), but where the on / off button is broken. The kettle is therefore always "on" and does not turn off when the contents have reached the boiling point. This resulted in a overcooking and bloodstained device that gave a lightly burned hand to one of our friends. In addition, the switch of the lighting above the gas cooker was dislodged and subsequently untraceable. We therefore can not do this lighting after our stay. Finally, some tips that could put the 'tip on the i' and the villa could make a full (Bel) villa. In the living room is a beautiful, large closet. filled with glasses. However, the dining room is located on the other side of the villa. We thought it was a bit awkward to get the glasses from a different room at every eatery. Perhaps the idea is to combine the cabinets / contents of the cabinets with each other

Great cake all arranged! Apple pie was ready, 2 candy jars, everything was in hand. The environment is beautiful and in November, of course depending on the weather conditions or not much use. The house has several seats, there are plenty of parking places around and (also handy) on the property are at 100m distance 2 charging points for electric cars.Very good all-you-can-eat restaurant at 500m and a little further great wandelroutes.Het house is older, the stained glass is cracking here and there, but the excess of radiators make it comfortably warm. Everything neat and tidy.

The villa is well situated for a variety of excursions, such as the beautiful park of the Hoge Veluwe with the free white bikes available (top!), The Spakenburg festivals, the sand sculptures and the climber in Garderen. The villa has a beautiful decorated lounge, plenty of food and glassware, clean sanitary facilities and proper bath and bed linen. The billiards room looks more beautiful on the picture than in reality. Too bad that the terrace and the patio furniture were not cleaned on arrival. The staff of the hotel are kind and attentive to a delicious apple pie as soon as the electricity had fallen out of a storm during the night, a basket of croissants for the inconvenience. This villa could be a full-featured Belvilla with the necessary refreshment and maintenance work. .
