Elegant structure in Nardò in Salento, located with six apartments in total on a hill a few meters from the sea from which you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the Salento coast. An ideal place for couples and families to enjoy the sea, sun and tranquility.
In a few minutes by car you reach the most popular destinations of Salento such as the beautiful Gallipoli just 4 km away and the pearl of the baroque "Lecce" about 25 km away and with a 10-minute walk you can reach the beautiful marina of Santa Maria al Bagno. There you can enjoy a good ice cream, cool off in the crystal clear sea of the small beach, drink a cocktail and dine in one of the excellent seafront restaurants.
This apartment has been finely furnished and equipped. In addition to enjoying a magnificent sea view, it has access to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Each apartment has a private patio for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a separate access to the shared pool where you can relax at any time of day.

Excellent apartment. Complex consists of several apartments, we were on the first floor. Nice view of the village and the sea. Apartment is minimally furnished in terms of tables, chairs and cooking inventory.

Accomation is in a residential area with unpaved access roads. Accommodation was good but the pool was closed. Would not open until mid-May despite the beautiful weather. Because of the last remnant of water in the pool was the attraction of mosquitoes. Key had to be picked up at another address, after which the lady led us to the apartment. This she did, nicely meant with a quick site seeing tour. Environment was unfortunately not very clean. Italian method of waste processing by large containers on the road. A lot of rubbish next to it.
