Elegant structure in Nardò in Salento, located with six apartments in total on a hill a few meters from the sea from which you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the Salento coast. An ideal place for couples and families to enjoy the sea, sun and tranquility.
In a few minutes by car you reach the most popular destinations of Salento such as the beautiful Gallipoli just 4 km away and the pearl of the baroque "Lecce" about 25 km away and with a 10-minute walk you can reach the beautiful marina of Santa Maria al Bagno. There you can enjoy a good ice cream, cool off in the crystal clear sea of the small beach, drink a cocktail and dine in one of the excellent seafront restaurants.
This apartment has been finely furnished and equipped. In addition to enjoying a magnificent sea view, it has access to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Each apartment has a private patio for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a separate access to the shared pool where you can relax at any time of day.

Apartment in a house divided into four, we had the "apartment in the" floor with a terrace. Sea view as shown with beautiful sunset. Pool nice but a bit small and encaissée.Appartement higher too hot in summer, the terrace unusable before 21 hours, just a little umbrella to protect themselves, c "is a fair bit of 39 ° in July. No table for lunch at the "inside to be cool, just a small table basse.Supplément asked for sheets, the" electricity and compulsory € 70 household (a little overkill for the region).

Excellent apartment. Complex consists of several apartments, we were on the first floor. Nice view of the village and the sea. Apartment is minimally furnished in terms of tables, chairs and cooking inventory.

For us the second time we went to southern Italy. For the first time in this apartment. The key address at a city hotel in the town nearby. Very friendly and hospitable people who speak good English and are happy the first evening there outstanding discounted dinner at the hotel. The apartment is in a small coastal village next to it. Watch out for that contain some roads are NOT paved. The apartment itself is modern and clean, but even very sparingly decorated by Italian standards. (Two wine glasses for 6 men) old crockery and cutlery and furniture like dining set, etc. The location is also good and there is ample parking. Unfortunately, we also had another bad weather so the balcony and pool we did not use. Tip, so take some essential utensils and tea towels. (And a lot of games for when it rains)

Very nice apartment with super great roof terrace, swimming pool and fully equipped WiFi.Wohnung practical, but enough! Very good support on site parking! Unfortunately only possible in the street! This system is highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious and tidy with a nice large roof terrace. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, back you have to go up a steep slope. The village itself is not very bustling. We stayed in May and then the pool at the cottage was unfortunately not in use.

Nice apartment but interior is partly to be replaced and the location is remote and out of season not recommended. Over gravelled bad road. Pool looked very nice and the view from the first floor is very nice.
