Description
The Masseria Conce is a charming, regional typical farmhouse in natural stone. The old farmhouse is situated on a large plot 13000qm surrounded by palms, olive and fig trees. This formerly abandoned ruin, we have restored with attention to detail carefully and tastefully.
The house "la chiesetta" is completely independent and has its own entrance, private terrace and garden. It is located about 60m from the main house, which we inhabit all year.
House Distribution of 'La Chiesetta' (2-5 persons):
Large kitchen (30sqm), bathroom with shower.
Separate bedroom with double bed in an old vault (12 square meters), open plateau (15 square meters) with staircase from the kitchen, with double or single beds 2-3.
Cot available.
Private terrace with outdoor shower (hot water).
Garden with sun loungers and hammocks under the fig tree.

After a beautiful drive along extensive olive groves (13km), you can reach the very varied coastline. Kilometers of sandy beaches, "Alimini" beach, "Baia dei Turchi"
- Cliff, which is interrupted by small sandy coves with crystal clear water: Torre Sant 'Andrea.
Passing small fishing villages leads to the Cap of Santa Maria di Leuca. The cottage belongs to the rural town of Carpignano Salentino (3500 Ew.); a charming village with an old town center (1km); Shops, 3 restaurants.

Relaxation in the countryside
The holiday home is situated in a beautiful garden. Pure idyll. The cottage is lovingly decorated and has very nice tile ornaments. Everything you need is available. The landlady is very helpful and uncomplicated. We would book again immediately.

Very nice, peaceful and cosy little house
We immediately felt at home in this romantic cottage in the middle of a large garden. It has comfortable deck chairs and a hammock, so you can really make yourself comfortable under the big fig tree. The surrounding area has a lot to offer in terms of old villages, churches and museums. The food is divine, as you would expect in Italy, the markets are colourful and the sea is never far away! The landlords are extremely helpful and kind. We will be back.
