This superb 5-bedroom villa with a large garden and private swimming pool rests in Treia, in the wonderful countryside of Le Marche. The villa is ideal for bringing together a large extended family or a group of 11 persons.
The villa is situated in a unique location, with plenty of cultures to enjoy. Restaurants serving local dishes are 1 km, while supermarkets are 6 km away from the villa. You can wander through the splendid medieval streets in the lovely city of Macerata, 23 km away. You can spend a day at the beach in the town of Porto Recanati, 40 km away.
The villa has a central heating facility. In the living room, you can get cozy around the fireplace and watch movies on the TV. The large kitchen has an oven to bake cakes and pizzas. Delicious Italian house with very good heat resistance. Sympathetic owner Attila who occasionally also stayed (place enough) was very attentive in giving tourist tips. Pool very spacious and plenty in the sun. Location of the house near Treia, a top town in the region (do not forget to go to Cingoli) In short, a region to be sure to visit and enjoy a holiday, why not guaranteed in this house!
