Questa casa nella natura è un villino appena ristrutturato immerso nel bosco. La casa fu costruita negli 80 e poi abbandonata, la natura e gli animali si sono ripresi i loro spazi daini, caprioli, lupi, volpi, cinghiali girano liberamente asparagina, funghi tartufi, ginepro e tutto quello che la macchia boschiva può offrire.La STRADA che arriva alla casa è scoscesa e non adatta a macchine sportive è consigliabile avere un mezzo idoneo alla location OFFGRID E' possibile anche usufruire di una spiaggia privata presso il Lago di Cingoli che è sottostante alla casa e tutte le attrattive che la Regione Marche Regione offre

Ciao mi chiamo Alessio Amatori dopo l'esperienza covid-19 ho sentito l'esigenza di cercare la natura e fuggire il più possibile dalla massa. Ho trovato questo villino abbandonato nel bosco e ho deciso di ristrutturare. E' stato difficile ma penso di aver fatto un buon lavoro
