Beautiful and fully furnished home in a very nice, quiet and rural setting. The terrain is very spacious. Guests can use the vegetable garden and can bake their own pizza in the pizza oven next to the house. Those who love peace and quiet will certainly enjoy themselves here. There is plenty to see and do in the area, although you always have to drive for it. The Adriatic coast is roughly 45 minutes away. Monte Conero with its coastal villages Porto Novo, Sirolo and Numana is highly recommended.The owner speaks English, but leaves the maintenance and practical matters to his housekeeper Franco, who speaks only Italian, which makes communication difficult.

We very much enjoyed our holiday at this property. The reception was very warm, including a tidbit from the hostess. The manager only speaks Italian, we do not ... The villa is very tasteful, with attention to detail, furnished and fully voorzien.Rondom the house everything is perfectly maintained. There is plenty of privacy. The large garden, pool, vegetable garden, there is nothing to criticize! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Le Marche.
