The villa is situated in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ...
About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. As far as culture is concerned, Urbino is 17 km away and Pesaro is 23 km away with its lively seafront and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
