Just 3 km from the sea and the beach, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Grosseto that invites you for a typical Tuscan holiday. You have access to a shared swimming pool, where you can enjoy with a small family or group of 4 friends.

The stay is surrounded by meadows and close to the beautiful Tuscan coast. Since this region dates from Etruscan times, you will find beautiful sites from ancient times everywhere. There is even an archaeological park called Park Roselle for better insight. When you wish to eat outside and want to fetch groceries on the way back, the restaurants and grocery stores are 2 km away. You can play tennis on the tennis court or beach volleyball by the sea at 3 km.

The holiday home is comfortable in all seasons as it is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. To relax outdoors for long hours, you have a private terrace with garden furniture. Before going to bed, you can watch movies or chit chat in the living room.

Wir nutzten den verfügbaren Raum als Paar, er hatte alles nötig wie bequeme Betten und anständige Küchengeräte. Super Lage in der Nähe von Tennisplätzen!

Würde jedem empfehlen, hier Halt zu machen. Es hat wunderbar funktioniert, da genügend Platz für alle vorhanden war und wir es genossen haben, gemeinsam am Tisch zu essen. Der Pool sorgte ebenfalls dafür, dass unsere Abende angenehm waren.

Nach einer langen Fahrt fühlte ich mich erleichtert bei der Ankunft. Die Terrasse war perfekt zum Entspannen im Freien mit Möbeln aus dem Garten. In der Nähe gab es antike Stätten, die das Erlebnis in der Toskana wirklich bereichert haben.

Die Zimmergröße war gut, ein wenig mehr Dekoration würde nicht schaden , hat mich aber nicht sehr gestört, da alles Wesentliche dabei war inklusive guter Heizung für kalte Nächte.

Wonderful location in the less touristy part of Tuscany. By car within a few minutes to the sea. The apartment is part of one of the complexes of the estate. We sat at Livia Il Pozzino but is just a little further. Belvilla so book not only at Il Pozzino what they can suggest to the site. That is slightly more distant and si it quieter. When Livia is also a restaurant that is reasonable, especially easy that it is on the premises. Nice pool for children and also a nice furnished apartment with spacious bedrooms and air conditioning. Large supermarket, open daily 5 min drive. Ideal! We had a wonderful holiday.
