Just a few kilometers from one of the most unspoiled areas of the Maremma coast in Tuscany, the Maremma Natural Park and the Marina di Alberese, a charming residence awaits you: Casa Allegra.

Nothing in this house is ordinary; you won't find any cold, modern Swedish furniture, but every detail, every piece of furniture has a story to tell.

The 17th-century kitchen cupboard, the early 19th-century French wardrobe, the late 18th-century paintings, the early 19th-century wooden armchairs from Mali, a 1940s drawing table...

The house is spread over two levels: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and dining area overlooking the kitchen, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a bathroom.

On the first floor, accessible via a comfortable staircase, you'll find another bathroom, a spacious relaxation room with armchairs, a comfortable sofa, a desk, and a terrace where you can enjoy coolness and tranquility amidst nature.

On the ground floor, you'll also find a covered terrace for al fresco dining, and of course, a barbecue in the garden.
