Just 3 km from the sea and the beach, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Grosseto that invites you for a typical Tuscan holiday. You have access to a shared swimming pool, where you can enjoy with a small family or group of 4 friends.

The stay is surrounded by meadows and close to the beautiful Tuscan coast. Since this region dates from Etruscan times, you will find beautiful sites from ancient times everywhere. There is even an archaeological park called Park Roselle for better insight. When you wish to eat outside and want to fetch groceries on the way back, the restaurants and grocery stores are 2 km away. You can play tennis on the tennis court or beach volleyball by the sea at 3 km.

The holiday home is comfortable in all seasons as it is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. To relax outdoors for long hours, you have a private terrace with garden furniture. Before going to bed, you can watch movies or chit chat in the living room.

We used the available space as a couple, it had everything needed like comfortable beds and decent kitchen appliances. Great location near tennis courts!

I would recommend everyone to stop here. It worked wonderfully, as there was enough space for everyone and we enjoyed eating together at the table. The pool also ensured that our evenings were pleasant.

After a long journey, I felt relieved upon arrival. The terrace was perfect for relaxing outdoors with garden furniture. Nearby, there were ancient sites that truly enriched the experience in Tuscany.

The room size was good, a little more decoration wouldn't hurt, but it didn't bother me much since everything essential was there, including good heating for cold nights.

Arrival was as easy as home number was at the pet store and on the form was not very clear the name of the park. But found and a friendly welcome at the reception. Location of apartment was in the back of the park. Own pool shared with your neighbors within walking distance of the apartment. Surrounded by meadows and beautiful mountain views from your bed. App. Looked tidy showers were not cleaned after reporting this immediately resolved. You can go out and run the dog.

Wonderful location in the less touristy part of Tuscany. By car within a few minutes to the sea. The apartment is part of one of the complexes of the estate. We sat at Livia Il Pozzino but is just a little further. Belvilla so book not only at Il Pozzino what they can suggest to the site. That is slightly more distant and si it quieter. When Livia is also a restaurant that is reasonable, especially easy that it is on the premises. Nice pool for children and also a nice furnished apartment with spacious bedrooms and air conditioning. Large supermarket, open daily 5 min drive. Ideal! We had a wonderful holiday.
