This beautiful house is part of a village located on the border between the Etruscan Coast and the Maremma, not far from the beautiful beaches of Baratti and San Vincenzo.
From this position you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, a few kilometers from the sea.
The Borgo is located on the hill, is a traditional stone built, completely and carefully renovated maintaining the cozy old style, yet offering all the necessary amenities to spend a beautiful holiday.
Also the interiors of the apartments have been renovated in the warm Tuscan style, with wooden beams and all furnished and equipped for the comfort of our guests. At guests' disposal: swimming pool, private garden with barbecue, air conditioning, tennis court and table tennis, high chair and children's bed, parking.
The double rooms are 2, one is on the loft open to the living room and the other double bedroom. Guests can start the day with a morning walk through the centre, which is 3 km from the property. There is a restaurant 1 km away and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Here you can score a delicious breakfast in the morning. Bicycles are also available to explore the area.
The sea is at a distance of 7 km if you want to spend a day by the bay or watch beautiful sunsets. Wifi is free, available only a common area pool area and solarium The nearest airport is 104 km away.

Had wonderful holiday. Very nice apartment. Very nice pool. Difficult to reach through gravel. Kitchen was nice but was not pleasant to cook, lacked equipment.

The apartment is in a beautifully converted old farmhouse in a great rural location with lovely views and lovely restaurants a short drive. The apartment was quite spacious however the kitchen wasn't very well equipped, the bathroom and other areas could be cleaner especially when charged for cleaning on checkout. A towel / bedsheet change would be nice during the time stayed.

The building with multiple homes/apartments has been beautifully renovated. This results in a special layout. The bedroom on the mezzanine is open, and "hangs" above the bedroom on the ground floor. So there is one open connection and that is less private while sleeping. The kitchen is moderately equipped; for example, no lids for the pans and no kitchen linen. The oven did not have a grill: despite the fact that we reported this upon arrival, this was not resolved. The state of maintenance is moderate: many loose parts, such as a crooked toilet seat, the shower head that drops down. These are small things, but in total it is annoying. The swimming pool is beautiful, owners friendly. 10 minutes from the beach.
