We had a different expectation of the house and the garden based on the description and the photos. Namely:- The house is not detached, owner used the same garden so no privacy and smoke smell. - Not 5, but 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is in the annex, this is not well stated. One of the beds was a bed on pallets - Poor instructions for rubbish, repeatedly asked - Does not speak English at all - Garden is a mess with dirty cloths, broken planters, broken glass - Poor lighting inside, so very dark.
