This gorgeous house is located in a very nice and quiet area of Cape Coral. The house is located on a fresh water canal and offers a very nice pool with a large terrace. Shopping facilities, restaurants, outlets, supermarkets ... everything is nearby. Cape Coral itself is developing and offers with Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point two centres/yacht harbours with promenades, shops, restaurants and cafes on the water. WELCOME to the VILLA SEABAY in Cape Coral. Cape Coral is criss-crossed with water canals and is known as the Venice of Florida. Cape Coral is characterised by peace, relaxation and pure luxury at reasonable prices.
