Located in Capannori, this elegant holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a bubble bath. It is ideal for a group of 6 or families to stay.
You can enjoy sunbathing from the sea at 34 km. It is also great to enjoy watersports or swimming. The food available in the restaurants at 2 km is delicious. You can buy your daily groceries from the supermarket at 5 km.
The home has air conditioning to maintain a pleasant atmosphere inside. There is a decorative fireplace in the living room to keep you warm while you watch TV. The beamed ceilings and bricks, and the terracotta floors offers a cozy ambiance. Garden is beautiful to relax in nature gives a magnificent view of the valley.
You can check-in between 4 6 PM and check-out between 9 10 AM.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner of the beautiful house. We immediately got a tour and we were very enthusiastic. Also the garden and the pool (not yet ready) were beautiful and was in style with nature and omgeving.De environment was mountainous and so we had beautiful views. Very worthwhile! And because the owner was so kind I promised him in the Netherlands to advertise his house.

Very warm welcome by Masimmo and Diletta, Diletta speaks fluent English and communication is no problem. Welcome wine and some goodies were ready for us. Very nice and quiet environment. House was really KRAAKNET!

We have a great holiday at Casa Max. We are a family with two children, 11 and 3 years old. The arrival was heart warming. The owners were already present and their daughter-in-law came a little later (we were early). For the children, ice cream came straight from the freezer and drinks from the fridge. Furthermore, a large bowl of cookies was waiting for us and in the fridge wine, beer and a bottle of water were already cold. The house is a beautiful authentic Tuscan house. The balcony is large (approx. 18 m2) with a breathtaking view. Furthermore, it is a spacious house and everything was clean. It has no holiday "vibe", but like you are visiting very good friends. This is partly due to the decor. The area is very beautiful. For us it was the first time in Italy, but certainly not the last time. Realize that when you book this house, you are always dependent on the car for groceries. The drive to the Conad (nearest supermarket) is approximately 12 minutes. We found the ideal that we were close to various sights, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and were able to look up the crowds. Once back, it was wonderful to enjoy the pool, the house and the wonderful peace. The owners come by every few days (3 to 5 days). You have absolutely no problems with this. They make the garden nice on side and clean the pool. We have also received several times fresh vegetables and fruit from their own grove. All in all a super holiday and a location that is highly recommendable.

Casa Max is located in a small village on a hill, about 12 km south of Lucca. The house has 4 floors, the top 3 of which are available to the tenant. We were received very hospitably by the owner and his wife. only Italian but have a daughter in law who speaks or texts English and google translate also helps.
Everything was perfectly clean. The beds are good. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. It can get hot on the top floor, but the house has air conditioning. From the balcony adjacent to the kitchen and living room you have a beautiful view over the valley and the hills. If you want to go to the garden with (small) swimming pool, you have to go through the front door a little bit across the street and then down the stairs to the garden and parking space. There is an automatic, remote-controlled gate that closes off the garden and parking lot. The house is fully equipped. Only the actual Wifi speed is much lower than advertised. The TV has a lot of Italian channels, and the linked satellite receiver also shows hundreds of channels, but mainly Asian, Russian, etc.
The famous Tuscan cities, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, are all (fairly) close by.
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Driving on Saturday means, even in the preseason, waiting for hours in front of the Gotthard tunnel. When the Gotthard Pass is open you can take it much better. Net 40 minutes longer. Beautiful route.

For us the house was very spacious. There was still time for a couple. Our daughters thought the pool was TOP of course! What appeals to us is the location. A half hour drive from Pisa, a good hour's drive from Firenze. Perfect for day trips, but all with the car. (What we are so ordinary) On the other hand, you can also laze pleasantly in the garden of the house itself. What I would like to give as a tip for future visitors. This is a region prone to tiger mosquitoes. There is a lot of anti-mosquito available in the house, but a means to lubricate yourself is not a luxury. It is mosquito-free in the house itself. All windows are equipped with mosquito netting. But outside it can be annoying. There is a fantastic terrace where many pleasant hours were spent with a lovely view. However, the mosquitoes may well be present there. Presumably that is in periods and maybe we had some bad luck in that area. Do not let this spoil the fun! This house is highly recommended to spend your holiday -) It is well taken care of by the owners.

The stay was ideally situated to visit the towns. The reception was super friendly maybe 1 min point is that one of the owners of the house every 2 days unexpectedly came to visit the pool to clean and maintain the garden
