This 1-bedroom farmhouse in the medieval town of San Gimignano in Sienese countryside can host a family or a group of 4 people. You have a shared swimming pool for enjoying a refreshing dive and a 2 gardens (shared and private) with garden furniture for enjoying a nice glass of Vernaccia amid mirth, laughter and good food.
General supplies for stocking up on your pantry and restaurants for fine dining can be reached 4 km away from the property. Nearby is a bakery where you can try out a new sweet delicacy and gorge on cheesecakes and cupcakes. A car is a necessity here, so do rent one, and make lovely day trips to Siena at 30 km, Volterra at 33 km and Florence at 58 km.
Do try out the white wine produced on the farm and enjoy a wide view of the Tuscan landscape from the windows. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. 1 pet is allowed to stay with you for free on the property.

My husband and I stayed here in October 2020. The outside looked nice, but looks can be deceiving unfortunately. The house smelled and it had not been cleaned. The tiles in the kitchen were stuck with grease, the refrigerator was still full of residue and mold. There were insects in the kitchen cupboards and in the drawers. The shower was smelly and filthy. The bedroom was dusty. For a moment we thought about persevering and making the most of it. But what we saw next was the last straw: while drinking a cup of coffee, a mouse sprinted across the living room! The measure was full. We packed our suitcase that same evening and left for a hotel. Unfortunately we lost the money we had paid for this filthy villa. When we confronted the owner, they pretended their noses were bleeding. They should be ashamed! Do not book this accommodation !!! You will regret it like hair on your head !!!
