This lovely apartment with 3 gallery bedrooms in Terranova Bracciolini is situated 250 m above sea level between Arezzo (42 km) and Florence (54 km) cities. Ideal for a large family or a group of 11, it offers a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. You can beat the heat in the private swimming pool. You can also organize pleasant outdoor barbecues and enjoy luncheons in the furnished garden.
Do enjoy gourmands and fine wines in this region. An equestrian centre is located only 10 m away for horse riding lovers. Nearby lies the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, Boboli Gardens, Uffizi Gallery and Siena at 63 km with the historic Piazza del Campo where the famous Palio is run. Do not forget to visit small villages such as Cortona (62 km), Sansepolcro (66km) and Loro Ciuffenna (8 km).

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of Tuscany and want to visit other cities / villages. Arezzo, Florence and Siena are a stone's throw away (car). However, the residence is an apartment and not the whole house as shown in the photos of Belvilla. This was a real disappointment for us, because we now only had the top floor of the house with a very limited outdoor space. The balcony was not spacious enough for our party (9 pers.). Because the apartment is very close to a horse stable, there was an excessive nuisance of vermin (such as mosquitoes and other insects). The pool was fine, however, this was on a walking distance of about 5 minutes from the apartment and we had to share this with children who had lessons from the pony camp (holiday period) All in all the stay was ok, however we would have found it more pleasant if it had been clearly indicated beforehand that it was not about the whole house went, but a small part of the house on the pictures shown and we could therefore not use the terrace.
