Description
This beautiful property is located in the province of Arezzo in the heart of the nature reserve "Bandella", 250 meters high, offering a wonderful panoramic view of the valley and the Apenin hills.
It consists of the main building and the cozy cottage with two independent apartments, surrounded by a large park-like Mediterranean garden.
Guests can enjoy the typical Tuscan ambience with antique terracotta floors and rustic wooden beamed ceilings. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the windows in the main building have fly screens.
The country house is ideal for large celebrations or weddings for 20 (inside) or 100 persons (outside).
For the children there is a playground with various toys.
Pets are welcome, but please specify at time of booking.
Interior:
The Feriendomizil consists of two buildings, namely the two-storey villa for max. 11 persons with 190 m² living space and from the picturesque cottage with 2 apartments, which can be booked individually or together.
On the ground floor of the villa is a double bedroom and a small studio with a stylish desk, a bookshelf and a sleeping couch for 2 persons. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
This area is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users.
In the living room, you can enjoy the terrace, relax on the antique fireplace, or watch TV on the flat-screen digital TV. Adjacent is the spacious dining area with a large table with space for up to 10 people.
There are also dining areas in the adjoining open kitchen, which can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is comfortably furnished with elegant granite counter tops and built-in cupboards and shelves. It is equipped with gasherd plus oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The rustic wooden table, which stands in the middle of the room, offers a lot of working space. Great for cooking classes!
From the kitchen or the dining room you have access to the large covered terrace, where you can enjoy the meals at the large outdoor table with a view of the green park.
A beautiful antique staircase leads to the upper floor. There is also a spacious living room with a large sofa by the fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a sleeping sofa for 2 persons. On this floor there is also a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a nice bedroom with double bed, as well as two bathrooms one with shower and another large bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub.
The smaller annex is divided into 2 apartments.
The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a cozy living room with a simple kitchen line and a sleeping sofa for 2 persons.
This apartment has a terrace with table and chairs.
The second apartment on the upper floor is reached by an external staircase.
Here there is a dining / cooking area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, it can accommodate 2 people.
Outside:
The large swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth of water to m) with its sunbathing areas, sun loungers and shading chairs is easily raised above the buildings in the fenced, park-like garden with its extensive lawns, elegant cypresses and evergreen olive trees Umbrellas to relax, because here the privacy of the visitors is guaranteed.
There is a large brick barbecue near the terrace for preparing meals.
For the entertainment of the youngest guests slide and swing, the playhouse and a springboard by the pool.
