This rural apartment is very suitable for a relaxing family vacation. On a hot summer day, you can cool off in the pool that you share with the other guests.
The house in Lucignano is a good starting point for trips to cities of art and walks in the surrounding nature. For example, you can spend a day in Florence, Siena or Perugia. You are 1 km from the center with several good restaurants and supermarkets. Places of entertainment can be found 2 km away. At 10 km there is a public swimming pool.
The apartment is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees, a swimming pool, a gazebo and a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher and in the living room there is an atmospheric fireplace. A crib and high chair are available. We had a wonderful holiday! The cottage is very nicely furnished with an eye for detail and fully equipped. We also had a large garden with lots of privacy and nice loungers (Pergola house). There are many nice villages in the area that are easily accessible by car (30-60 min drive). There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Claudia was ready for us all week. She is very hospitable and nothing is too much for her. In short: a must!

Restaurant La Rocca certainly very good but expensive restaurant Zenzero next supermarket, do not be put here by the structure / appearance here you eat a delicious menu (taken the red menus) with regard to the different flavors on your plate for a nice price € 32.00 and is really good.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. Lovely swimming pool and the garden is nice and private with its own barbecue. The owners of the service is fantastic! You will all receive immediately welcomed with a cup of cappuccino by Claudia. Moreover, the dinner that you can achieve a good standard. And if you ask, they will gladly help you. We stayed in the apartment La Pergola. This apartment is fully equipped and you have a secluded private garden at your disposal and your own parking space. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Claudia. She was very helpful when we had questions. The garden is well maintained and the pool is cleaned daily. Excellent holiday apartment, very spacious and with great amenities. There are four apartments in 1 building but there is a lot of privacy, it almost feels like you have your own house. Everything is provided inside and outside tip-top. There is only no TV, but we found no objection. You can sit outside and the view of Lucignano against the hills is beautiful. Also the swimming pool is great when we were there it was still cold but it is big and it is very nice and sheltered with various sun loungers and seats. The proprietor, Claudia, speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. It is very central, you can easily reach surrounding places like Arezzo and Siena and in the apartment there is also a lot of information about it. Really recommended!

Immediately upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a drink and a small snack. The property is well maintained and spacious and fully equipped. Given the layout the apartment be the most suitable for two adults with two children. Everything else is neat, clean and new. The owners do everything to go to please you and are very helpful. It is highly recommended to use the cooking of Claudia. Use Make sure you're hungry! It is a perfect base for visiting the sights of Tuscany eg Siena, Florence, Arezzo and the Chianti region. The nearby village of Lucignano has restaurants, cafe "s and a supermarket and is also well worth a visit. Overall, definitely recommended.

What a wonderful holiday week, my kids and I had here, Beautiful, slightly hidden location near the cozy town of Lucignano. Ideal for trips to all the beautiful places nearby. And after returning a lovely pool to cool off and relax. Very small so you had the pool regularly for yourself for the real royal feeling! Unlike common in picture "s on an Internet site, in this case the picture 's a real representation of reality. The reception hostess Claudia and her husband was warmly. And if you have a small word to speak Italian, you can not completely wrong! All in all a really lovely holiday. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment La Pergola. This apartment is fully equipped and you have a secluded private garden at your disposal and your own parking space. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Claudia. She was very helpful when we had questions. The garden is well maintained and the pool is cleaned daily. There is also a pool table and table football for general use. We had a great time and recommend this accommodation. (Grazie Claudia).

Immediately upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a drink and a small snack. The property is well maintained and spacious and fully equipped. Given the layout the apartment be the most suitable for two adults with two children. Everything else is neat, clean and new. The owners do everything to go to please you and are very helpful. It is highly recommended to use the cooking of Claudia. Use Make sure you're hungry! It is a perfect base for visiting the sights of Tuscany eg Siena, Florence, Arezzo and the Chianti region. The nearby village of Lucignano has restaurants, cafe "s and a supermarket and is also well worth a visit. Overall, definitely recommended.

Claudia took every morning for a delicious breakfast to discreetly disappear, so that we could enjoy & quotonze "villa. Fully later Everything was brand new and in perfect condition, the pool was blissfully warm, beautiful garden was in bloom, the swallows flew between the cypresses, the sun was at the party and ... Montepulciano delicious. Highly recommended for people looking for a quiet, typical Tuscan villa. Ideal as a base to Sienna, Florence, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pisa, and of course, Lucignano, a stone's throw from the villa. You can enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful plants and flowers in your own garden, do a BBQtje, eat or drink a glass under one of the many pergola 's or just does not do justice to the pool in a word & quotPerfetto.
