Very nice and welcoming. Apartment is well cared for, clean and thought of everything, t / m First aid suitcase stand. Private garden with barbecue which to our surprise the next morning was cleaned for us. Beautiful zwembad.Zou definitely recommend it to friends. Near Lucignano which has some good restaurants. Restaurante La Maggiolata is recommended for high good quality / price ratio. Restaurant La Rocca certainly very good but expensive restaurant Zenzero next supermarket, do not be put here by the structure / appearance here you eat a delicious menu (taken the red menus) with regard to the different flavors on your plate for a nice price € 32.00 and is really good.

We were very friendly by Claudia. In the middle of September we arrived in S.Maria, thanks to the great weather we could enjoy the very nice pool for a few days. Our house was very well equipped, even its own washing machine in the bathroom was available. Not only the house was very clean and all electrical appliances were in top condition. We even got an espresso machine and the coffee was provided free of charge. So house and grounds very lovingly .... Top, we will definitely be back. Thanks to the great tips for parking in the larger cities we could in the morning our excursions start. Unfortunately we had bad luck with the car battery, which let us down. Immediately Claudia and her husband helped us with words and deeds. Without hesitation, they drove us to the nearest workshop, which we left with a new battery at a fair price. Hereby again dear Claudia, thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

Claudia took every morning for a delicious breakfast to discreetly disappear, so that we could enjoy & quotonze "villa. Fully later Everything was brand new and in perfect condition, the pool was blissfully warm, beautiful garden was in bloom, the swallows flew between the cypresses, the sun was at the party and ... Montepulciano delicious. Highly recommended for people looking for a quiet, typical Tuscan villa. Ideal as a base to Sienna, Florence, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pisa, and of course, Lucignano, a stone's throw from the villa. You can enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful plants and flowers in your own garden, do a BBQtje, eat or drink a glass under one of the many pergola 's or just does not do justice to the pool in a word & quotPerfetto. Claudia welcomed us very friendly and was always available for questions. The house was very quiet, large front yard, communal pool area and pool table. All in all very neat and tidy. Also the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great when we were there, so we had to spend a lot of time indoors. Unfortunately, the living room is not so well made for this. Great for a summer holiday, but not so comfortable in the colder seasons. The house itself was very cool, as in Italy the heating is not allowed to be turned on in September. Definitely great in the summer. The location is great for exploring the area. It takes a maximum of 30-60 minutes to get to Florence, Siena or Montepulciano.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. Lovely swimming pool and the garden is nice and private with its own barbecue. The owners of the service is fantastic! You will all receive immediately welcomed with a cup of cappuccino by Claudia. Moreover, the dinner that you can achieve a good standard. And if you ask, they will gladly help you. After using the bbq, it is completely cleaned the next morning. Overall we enjoyed and recommend this apartment definitely on! We like to come here again!

We spent a wonderful 10 day holiday on the estate in Lucignano. We hear through the recommendation of friends on the estate and were not disappointed. The hostess is helpful at all times and tried their guests, to fulfill all wishes. Especially the additional breakfast and dinner offer we liked very well and prepares us culinary delights. We have felt very comfortable in the limonaia. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The position allows to optimally southern Tuscany to discover. All in all, we recommend the limonaia gladly and look forward someday to come back.

What a wonderful holiday week, my kids and I had here, Beautiful, slightly hidden location near the cozy town of Lucignano. Ideal for trips to all the beautiful places nearby. And after returning a lovely pool to cool off and relax. Very small so you had the pool regularly for yourself for the real royal feeling! Unlike common in picture "s on an Internet site, in this case the picture 's a real representation of reality. The reception hostess Claudia and her husband was warmly. And if you have a small word to speak Italian, you can not completely wrong! All in all a really lovely holiday. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is fantastic, well cared for, clean, a beautiful garden with lots of greenery and a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds. The apartment Limonaia is also a must, really everything was present in the house, it looked tiptop and you have a lot of privacy.

We could not find the stay the same (despite the navigation). We were 20 km beside it but were picked up by the owner. The welcome was warm and the apartment was spacious, neat and clean with large garden! With a question we could easily reach the owner and we responded almost immediately. We were invited to come and eat bruschetta with the owner. She did her best to speak English. Very hospitable!
