Arrived late but found everything ready for us, cozy bedroom with a soft bed made us feel right at home instantly. We enjoyed the peaceful garden, perfect for morning coffee together before heading out to explore Tuscany.

accommodation is a bit hard to find, but the owner wants to pick you up from the station. beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. Owners speak English well and are very helpful

Kindly taken care of by the owners. The accommodation is well cared for. The house is perfect, the garden may be maintained a little better. The pool is nice, but may be cleaned a little more often.

Really recommended. Were neatly picked up by the owner at the station. very hospitable reception. Great house with a beautiful view from the garden. Really a place to relax. Beautiful villages, towns in the area. Owner gave advice of nice pictures to see and good restaurants to eat delicious. We will definitely go back to it.

It was a typical Italian holiday experience. The food, the weather, the beautiful Toscana, our landlord, the small town. Simple holiday. However, We recommend an insect repellent for the skin ...... there was plenty of mosquitoes !! We were very pleased with the furnishings and the utensils and cutlery, it was plentiful of everything. We all had a wonderful time.

We had a very nice week at the cottage. The house is well equipped and clean and very well. The owners are very very nice and helpful. The pool in the garden, it rounds down.

it was loose and disconnected from home, the house was new and fun and functional very nice people you meet as you their very lives, the pool is lovely and quiet with nice sunbeds provided. the view is beautiful and cortona as Castiglion fiorentina are fun to visit.

We have a great holiday in this house. Nice place, nice furnished house, very complete, good bed and great views over the town. The pool would many small campsite jealous. You have almost to yourself: we have a half-hour companion had of our hostess. The owners speak excellent English and are very helpful. When our dog had an accident, is the daughter spontaneously went along as interpreter to the vet. In the area is more than enough to do, Siena, Pienza, Arezzo, Castiglion itself. And thanks to the tips of Fausto and Flavia you do not miss anything.

We were warmly welcomed by Fausto and Flavia when we arrived in the evening after a long drive.The property is enchanting in the Tuscan style with beautiful views of Castiglion Fiorentino. The environment is very nice with proximity to Arezzo and Cortona.

We stayed from June 22 to June 29. R nThe owners were very friendly and helpful. R nVooral our baby and our dog were their favorites. R nIt was very pleasant stay, both the house and outside. R nThe house has been recently restored and everything was new. R nalles was well thought out and taken care of! R nBuiten we had our own terrace. Was pleasant to stay. Also at the pool R nWe would recommend this holiday to everyone!

A wonderful holiday in a great location in a still new and completely charming cottage! The owners are friendly and helpful. So they came to our village to collect himself in the dark not having to search for the location. They also have a nice table in the house decorated with all kinds of possibilities in the area (by bike, on foot, by car or train)!
