Spacious and well-kept, this is a 5-bedroom villa in Loro Ciuffenna with a private swimming pool. It is panoramically situated in the Tuscany hills, between Arezzo and Florence. The villa is perfect for a large family, two smaller families, or a group of up to 12 friends.
In the direct surrounding, you will find many typical villages with lovely little restaurants and authentic architecture. At 2 km, you have the town center for enjoying the street life and strolling. Restaurants and supermarkets are also at 2 km. The lake at 5 km is great to enjoy sunsets. From here, it is easy to reach the towns of Florence, Arezzo, and Siena.
The villa offers all the comfort and has ample space for everyone. It has a private fenced garden for relaxing or playing with children. You can cook delicious recipes in the large kitchen. There is a verandah and a balcony to enjoy your meals. There is a garage with space for 3 cars. A children's bed and a high chair are provided on request.

We have enjoyed the hospitality offered by the family Paolo Redditi.Het weather was great, every day about 35 graden.We with us all a lot of fun in the beautiful pool, to s, late at toe.Ook in nice village lot of pizza, s gegeten.Een minus point was that many mosquitoes.

We have with our families, children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay, it was very hot and then a private pool you at all times, so early in the morning or late evening use ideaal.Op the monent that the pump was no longer did this problem the same day verholpen.De homeowner his wife and son were friendly. Welcome as there was bread, meats and vegetables prepared in the refrigerator. Later in the week there was cake and again gebracht.Er meats are a number of towns that are worth visiting in the area and the village itself was small but cozy. The car was indispensable because the house is not so central. Bed linen and towels were clean and tidy, clean the entire house was otherwise.

A wonderful holiday with children and grandchildren in a beautiful house in Loro Ciuffenna. Trips to classical cities and picturesque villages with always relaxing home Villino Blu with the large garden and that cooling pool! In the background, a hospitable owner, who receives you a dish of antipasti with bread, and who brings a tasty cake at the linen change. Some minus are the mosquitoes, even for us as Haarlemmers .....

In particular, the owner and his wife do everything to make you a perfect holiday experience in a nice friendly environment. The population of Loro Ciuffenna is particularly friendly with respect to guests. All in all a memorable holiday.

Very nice area. Close to the cultural steden.Zeer quiet with nice pool which was very welcome by the high temperature (41 °). Cozy stadje.De owner is a nice man who knows how to pamper its guests.

Pretty close to the motorway (A1), so perfect base. Unfortunately no nice views but a lot of peace and privacy. Very friendly owner who will bring fresh produce weekly. Very friendly and easy man. House is also neat. We were much appreciated as the house once in between would be cleaned. That we have other apartments in Italy have had. Furthermore, excellent and highly recommended!

Super week had pity of the weer.Daardoor too little can make use of the pool what the weather is very cold was.Maar the owner of the house is super aardig.We 1 time had problems with the pool because there are a lot of rainwater had fallen was the pool turned green. No problem for this man pool deflating new water in it and the next day we could go swimming. And apologies if that was a delicious cake brengen.Erg clean and beautiful house really does meet all satisfactions what is in the description.

Very good receives by the owner and his son. Owner can help himself in English, but had his son who speaks better English. At also receive bottles of water and a dish with different types of wasps and received a cake halfway through the holidays. In some areas, accommodation could use a freshening up: swimming pool new cloth, electricity sometimes fell out (but would be a problem throughout the village if everyone came home from work), very many mosquitoes.

A nice house with all the amenities you want (especially the espresso machine was very nice). Dear owners who help villagers and call a doctor or pharmacist if you need. Attentive and nice surprises. There was only one thing annoying: the mosquitoes.
