Description
Podere Casarotta is a 18th century farmhouse, renovated in Tuscan style and converted into a holiday home with private pool.
Located 500 metres above sea level on the slopes of Pratomagno mountain, in the midst of nature and silence amidst woods and olive groves, its dominant position offers a fantastic panoramic view over the Valdarno and the Chianti hills.
The house has six independent flats to offer each family privacy and comfort. The flats accommodate 2/6 people and each has one or two bedrooms (7 in total), kitchen with dining room, bathroom and private garden. In addition to this, the Fienile has a fully equipped kitchen for large groups, a dining room with seating for 14 and a panoramic terrace with tables and chairs for more than 20 people.
Because of its privileged location in the heart of Tuscany, and only 5 km from the nearest village, Casarotta offers a perfect balance between relax and tourism: it is the perfect place both to rest and to be your starting point for visiting the most important cities of art (Florence, Arezzo and Siena), small characteristic villages, nature parks and wine and food itineraries!

Cancellation terms:
- For the booking of the WHOLE VILLA FOR EXCLUSIVE USE: Deposit is 30% of total, to pay with bank transfer. The deposit is not refundable, but if you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival it can be used again for another stay within 2025. Balance to pay at check-in, with credit card.

Wonderful
This location between Florence, Arezzo, Siena, and San Gimignano is ideal, and the location of the house on the hill with a sensational view of the Arno Valley is very special. Furthermore, it is quiet, with many charming places around the house to relax and simply enjoy the views in warmth and shade. The furnishings are solid and complete, AND the host is very warm and helpful! Even months after the trip, our thoughts often wander to the beautiful terraces of the property!
