The host and hostess were very welcoming and pleasant. Possible bottlenecks were solved very neatly. We occasionally got a delicious dish, pastries or salad.

It was more that we expected, we have enjoyed the tranquility, beautiful surroundings and the gastvrijheid.Het weather was very nice, zonnig.We are really after us gehad.Kortom sense, definitely recommended!

Nice location on a mountain. Nice view over the valley and Pistoia. Because of the wind it is a bit chilly and there is little room to sit out of the wind. Nice and tasty in the summer but fresh in the spring. Luciana is very cordial and cooks the tastiest dishes, pies, pizza and cookies for you. Very sweet. The kitchen diner is pleasant, bedrooms are also cozy. Bed is a matter of taste I think. The one is good on the other less, but we have not got any back problems in any case. The living room is spacious, but very old sagging couches. You are more comfortable outside. We were there with a toddler and toddler. That went well. There is a crib, high chair and slide. No toys available. Glad we could just use the washing machine. Everything is present and really neat clean. No dust in sight and the chlorine air comes in the bathroom. Very nice that everything was so clean. We have visited Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa and from the house you can walk a bit on the Strata Romana hiking trail (both at the top near the church and below at the entrance of the house). Supermarket is 10 minutes drive (Conad) or 20 minutes in Pistoia (coop). Baker at St Felice and a fatastic ice cream shop opposite the Conad! The owners are really very friendly. They do not really speak English, but with hands and feet and a translation app on your phone you will probably end. We had to search for the house. Tomtom stopped before the village. But from pistoia you can see the house on the mountain. Drive up the narrow road after the second bridge and after tig hairpin bends you come to the house.

A holiday not to forget soon! The owner makes sure that nothing is missing you !! From a hot apple pie on sunday morning to homemade pasta for lunch, it did not stop !! the house is fine, nice garden, clean, airco in the bedrooms. Well-known places are well accessible. Overall, it is recommended.

Beautifully authentic two-story house full of trinkets and old elements. Equipped with modern conveniences like oven and microwave. Everything is clean, works fine and seems to be maintained. Cozy filter coffee machine present in the deliciously cool kitchen (ground floor) but no dishwasher. So wash the way it has been done for years with a brush. There is a (large) TV on the first floor (living room). In both bedrooms there is virtually noiseless air conditioning which is self-adjustable in the way the user wishes. There are windows for windows placed on the 2nd floor so you can always open your window and do not bother bugs. The double bed in the main bedroom has a spiral mattress (use is noticeable) and is for people up to 185-190 cm. We have nevertheless slept well. Terrace outside offers plenty of shaded areas, and there are lovely lounge chairs (and even a rocking chair). The view is magnificent and there is always a good breeze due to the thermal threats due to the height and temperature differences with the valley. Especially in the afternoon when the sun is the most powerful, it is very pleasant. Parasol is not movable, but can be put in different positions. Wi-Fi only on 1st and 2nd floors is regularly removed. The nearest dining area (Pizzosteria Al Piesto) is directly at the foot of the hill (7 steep hairpin curves). This is to walk 15 mins down, 20 mins up! Washing machine is included (take your own detergent) and works fine.Florence is fine by train from Pistoia (35 min) cost return per person 8.80 euro! Parking nearby The station is a parking place "Pertini" and you can stand for 2 euros all day! Tip take binoculars to spot birds of prey that float on the thermal! We have a wonderful time at this beautiful house overlooking the valley. A good place for the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena was bezoeken.De friendly welcome and the host / hostess were very behulpzaam.Daarnaast the hostess us repeatedly spoiled. For us a top location!

The view from the terrace is gorgeous, a beautiful panorama on Pistoiaplm. 10 km away. Friendly city and other cities of Pisa, Lucca, Prato, Florence by train or car to do well. The owners are welcoming and we enjoyed the figs, wine, biscuits, mascarpone cake (Luciana's birthday) and the delicious spaghetti sauce. We even got a jar to take home. The house from 1621! is super clean, but she has a lot of work to get everything clean so I think it is replete with spullen.Lijkt a bit of a museum, but again, a nice place to be.

Owner was waiting for us.Nice house, looked neatly maintained. Environment was fantastic. Way to climb for a while, exciting. You do not have to drive on when you arrive at the house and turn around to park.

We have been here with two children on vacation for two weeks. Great garden with a beautiful view. We had a swimming pool which is lovely there. Unfortunately you can not swim in the area there only in the pool at hotel il Boschetto in Pistoia. No paddling pool available. Beaches are a long way from the neighborhood and much of this is private property. Pisa and Lucca visited what is great to do. We have also discovered a large suspension bridge in Ponte sospeso di San Marcello Piteglio. Beautiful place to go. Luciana likes to hand out her baking skills. Salads cake jam. You name it very nice gentleman and lady. Very helpful and if something is wrong it will be solved. Ms. uses a lot of the translation app which works perfectly. They can hardly do anything in English. There are towels. It is useful to know that you have to wash them out yourself. There is a washing machine. Super handy. Coffee maker and oven and microwave also available. We have suffered a lot from mosquitoes. Nothing helped. Handy to take into account if you want to go there. There are things hanging against it but this does not have the desired effect. When we got home we got bumps on the legs. After some research, we discovered that these were probably probations. We will pass this on to Belvilla so that this will be solved. And there are many ants in the house. You have that in the countryside! In short: We enjoyed this accommodation.

A beautiful house with a priceless view. Very hospitable owners who spoiled us very regularly with Italian dishes and beverages. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

We have a very special way enjoyed the hospitality of these people. Very sweet, we were welcomed and a day later invited to lunch with them. A very special experience on top of the mountain in their home. If you do not mind to use the car regularly, as errands or just to the village, everything you need at least 5 to 6 km away, sitting here in a top location. wifi connection is very bad. But all in all we heartily recommend this sex.

Good welcome, house is a bit hard to find but we called and were guided. Nice place but the house is very dark (old house so few and small windows). Air conditioning in the bedrooms but elsewhere in the house in the summer very warm. Internet is not great so if you depend on it it is improvising. Wifi is namely some in 1 corner of the house to receive; elsewhere you have nothing.
