We left after 3 days because the house and the surroundings were old, dirty and dangerous. Outside was rubbish everywhere, rotten railings, plastic furniture which fall in parts if you move it, Stairs inside which is more of a ladder. To reach the bedrooms we had to climb this staircase which was covered with loose old plastic foil. Our dog couldn't walk up this dangerous ladder. Broken lamps, dirty floor, stink bugs all over the place. For this ugly place nearly 1200 euros for 2 weeks is outrageous. We took photos, wrote to the owner and the agency. No response yet. This was a real rip off. I never would recommend it and never will book again with Belville and naturhäuschen.de which was the original website. We paid a lot for the trip and had no holiday only trouble.

To be honest, the apartment is a disgrace. I'm not surprised that there are no photos of the bathroom in the listing; it is a disaster. The entire apartment is dirty, with a musty smell behind hideous wall coverings. There are high thresholds between the doors everywhere. (My husband tripped immediately). There was no light in the bedroom, the electrical system was dangerous, there was mold in the "bathroom," a cracked glass pane, broken tiles, and... and... and. We left after one night; the bed was terrible. We have never experienced anything like this in 30 years of vacation home experience.

Wanted to escape city life and this place fulfilled my wish. The spacious living area was inviting and the private pool was perfect for relaxing after hikes in the nearby trails. The location is also convenient, not far from cities like Lucca and Pistoia. Definitely worth considering if you like nature.

Arrival was smooth. Key was already around 1700 hours on arrival came by the landlord. Accommodation is very rustic. In the fall rather hard to heat. but wood was enough vorhanden.Zufahrt recommended to the house only by jeep, road was pretty bad. Environment was great. Paths for strollers quite sparse.

To get there by car you have to climb the last 500m, important to know. Mr. Dazzi was very friendly and took too much time for us. Nice to sit outside in the sun loungers and on a couch. The stairs are dangerous.

A nice terrace for a coffee in the morning. The views were breathtaking, we couldn't get enough of them. With a pool, we had the opportunity to refresh ourselves whenever we wanted.

The navigation did not indicate the correct address, but after a phone call the landlord Dazzi came to pick us up at the village square. He turned out to speak a little bit of English. The little road up, steep and the last part was unpaved, with a little handy driver and rear wheel drive do. The wood stove burned and we were shown around the house, and got tips for restauarant and attractions in the area.Qua cleaning had t a bit better, there was still the necessary amount of cobweb on the ceiling and under the bed. also the shower cabin was not free of damp mold, and could be better cleaned, or replaced. Furthermore, a lovely simple house, nice and cool in the hot summer days and with the wood stove also if necessary to warm it warm. But in nice weather you live mainly on the lovely terrace, the private pool is a pleasure and is daily kept and checked. walk down to the village takes about 20 minutes, but is good to do, also the climb back up has some steep sections, but also with a 20 a 25 min. Good to do, but handy in the evening a flashlight at for the last unlit part. But above all the peace that surrounds the cottage, you hear outside the birds and on the terrace there are lizards walking around in search of sun and prey, and the beautiful view of the mountains makes this a wonderful place to spend your vacation.
