The property overlooks a beautiful valley and is only 5 km from Pescia town. A game at the tennis court 5 km could be fun with your loved ones. A sea lies 45 km away if you would like to spend a day by the bay. At 10 km, you have Montecatini Terme, with healing waters and the most famous spa in Europe.
What to expect from the space
You have access to a large garden where you can linger all day long. After coming back from excursions or activities, you can enjoy the evenings on the roofed terrace with a barbecue and a glass of wine. You can request for a cot and a high chair.

Check-in and check-out timings are 4-7 PM and 8-10 AM respectively. The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June and closes on the 30th of September. The use of the pool outside this period has an additional cost of 70 euros, on request.

Friendly welcome by the owner. Speaks only Italian. No appointment for departure. Spacious house equipped with all the conveniences. Kitchen inventory is not verified and is far from complete. We have to buy a variety of things, such as a breadboard and bowls and spoonfuls. Sanitary is defective and not fresh (tap falls off the wall and water is not really hot, no pressure on it). Lovely pool. The house is remote, accessible via a narrow mountain road where one can not always pass. The trip down takes ten minutes, up slightly longer. Major supermarkets in Pescia, also some restaurants, but the city is not quite touristy. Good base for trips to Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca etc.

A very complete house, lovely secluded so we got the break we wanted. Also very much comfort, delicious cuisine and ideal that we had a dishwasher and washing machine and everything worked! We enjoyed our experience and say on.

Is really too far from the civilized world, up in the roads. narrow roads. House was insufficient, many things smudgy and broken. eg Shower head slap, mold in bathroom, power fell out .. House has a lot of stuff, not really cozy. Pool nice, but climb up. Topic Travel unworthy

A very nice house with excellent amenities. Nice big kitchen and nice outdoor terrace. Very quiet with a nice swimming pool. Attention points are that the road to the house is very narrow and so 4 km long. The first time by car upstairs is really an experience, but in the long run it went.
