This 5-bedroom holiday home in Pescia rests on a large estate with a private swimming pool. You can enjoy an exotic vacation here with your large family or group having up to 10 persons.
Set upon the green hills of Malocchio, the accommodation overlooks a beautiful valley. In the charming village, you can run all your daily errands. Restaurants to eat out when you don't cook are 3 km away. The town center with the supermarkets rests at 5 km. At 10 km, you have Montecatini Terme, with healing waters and the most famous spa in Europe. Day trips to the cities of Lucca at 18 km, Pisa at 40 km, and Florence at 50 km are easily possible.
The holiday home has central heating for comfort. You have access to a large garden with several terraces to relax outdoors after coming back from excursions or activities. In the evenings, you can gather around the barbecue with glasses of wine. You can request for a cot and a high chair for free.
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June and closes on the 30th of September. The use of the pool outside this period has an additional cost of 70 euros, on request.
The cost of services in April and May is for heating.

The property is a bit difficult to reach from the valley through a narrow road with many bends her game up. The property is unsuitable for people with mobility problems. Inside the house are on the ground floor many steps two to three steps with no handrail, which lets you from one room to another. The location of the house is fantastic with beautiful views and plenty of space. Zwermbad it is difficult to achieve because is 20-30 mater higher, there is no gped passable path towards it.

The house was hard to find. 5 km very narrow and steep road uphill requires steering art! Manager friendly but does not speak English very much which makes communication difficult. The house is high on the mountain with fantastic views and outdoor terraces. The house is fine (the living room is very old fashioned with heavy oak / leather furniture) on the 3 showers, 1 shower with bad walkway, 1 shower with lamb shower head and 1 shower that can not be hung up and 1 shower cubicle on the ground floor With very old dangerous glass sheet. The bedrooms are fine. The pool is lovely and spacious.

The location of the accommodation was very nice. A beautiful view over the valley. The house itself is fine and fully equipped. Inside it is a bit outdated and there is no air conditioning, but otherwise everything is good for each other. The pool is also beautiful, it is a bit of the house.

It is a beautiful property with a very nice and helpful landlord. For us as a large family who came with 9 people, the place was perfect. The pool was also a good size and well laid out.

A beautiful house, beautifully situated in the mountains, great facilities. The pool is cleaned with salt, no chlorine, there was daily swimming and splashing. The owner is very nice and promptly answers any question. Highly Recommended. The house is quite secluded and quiet, very relaxing. Lucca, Florence etc. are fairly easy to reach.
