A fine holiday. Beautiful view. Road to it is a bit difficult. Wonderfully quiet.

The location of the house was fine. Nice area with nice views. The house itself was incredibly disappointing. The furniture was old and dirty. On arrival we were met by the Romanian managers of the house who did not speak a word of English. The bedding smelled and luckily there was a washing machine so we could buy detergent the next day and the linens are washed. However, this seems not intended !! The TV did not work, what the manager finally more or has been corrected. Zembad it was very dirty (yellow / green slime on the walls) that we are not allowed to have. Regular failure of hot water while showering. Overall a very disappointing experience. We have the impression that this was once a lovely holiday but quite fallen into disrepair through lack of maintenance.

Very nice house, well maintained. The welcome is very warm and the owner is very committed to his guests. Everything was perfectly fine. The pool is wonderful and the view magnificent. The owner has come to clean the pool every week with a robot. Well worth it, it was a lovely holiday. The road to the cottage is an experience in itself, but you are used to this after two rides.

Nice memory of this huisjeEen some things have to be improved, so have taken the photo 's clear the pool with a wide angle lens and allows the house almost on the street instead of completely secluded in the hills along the back have Pescia, however, you do not load center absolutely nothing to it, so for this city, you do not do it already at the top of the mountain it is nice stay, there is a trattoria in the woods on 2.5 kmhet house itself is adequately equipped (though the boiler went out almost every day)

Dear Belvilla, We had an extremely bad experience at this house. As soon as we got to the house we found out that there was a 60 Euros/day fee to turn the heating on, which is quite absurd. Then, there was a cat, very likely living in the house, that as soon as we opened the door it went inside and it was quite difficult to make it go outside. Because of that, we couldn't leave the door open not even for a second without the cat getting in and laying on our beds. This is quite interesting, there's a fee for pets, but there were no mentions that the house came with a cat already. Other than that, our stay was good. But then came Friday! The owner of the house got in the house, without warning us, and stole our car's re-charging cable. He then sent us a text message saying that he stole the cable and if we wanted it back we'd have to pay 30 Euros. This is outrageous!!! He got inside the house and stole our property!!! He claimed that the fuse was damaged (because we recharged the car) and let himself in, when he saw the cable, he took it and demanded payment to give it back!! The claim, that the fuse was damaged, is quite bogus, we've been recharging the car since our arrival on Saturday. We also checked the fuse box later and there was nothing. The fuse never tripped, so there was no damage whatsoever. Fuses are made to trip if something goes wrong to protect the electric circuit. He could never get inside the house without our consent! Did he do it other times while we were not around? Does he do it with other guests? After this, we didn't feel safe staying there anymore, so we packed and left. I don't know what this kind of person would do if he felt that 30 Euros was not enough or if he would try something else on Saturday morning. So to avoid any other issues or potential danger, especially as I was with my family, we just left Friday night. We never met him and we didn't get our cable back, just to be clear. Also, as information, this kind of cable can cost up to 300 Euros. I acknowledged that I could've notified that I was going to be recharging the car. As I never had any trouble with this in the past, I didn't mention it this time. Just to explain a little further, we have a Plug-in Hybrid car with a 10kwh battery. It means that it needs 10kw to recharge it, at around 15 cents a kw it costs 1.5 Euros per full recharge. I think this is appalling behavior, there are ways of talking and solving issues, but this is not an acceptable one. Please take the necessary actions, this is not right! Pedro PS: I have the screenshots of the text messages the house owner sent me, I can send them to you if needed.

On arrival the accommodation was not ready after the check-in time. We got the feeling that this was completed quickly so that we could check in immediately. Maintenance of the garden leaves something to be desired (a lot of long grass and weeds visible), impression of a hastily maintained garden. Accommodation reasonably clean.- Turn off kitchen is incomplete (no bread cutting board, bbq tools, tray (operation at swimming pool now very difficult), bread basket unbroken, egg cups are missing, but 2 tea towels and no towel, used dishcloths and scouring sponge instead of new ones, none coasters for wamre pans and dishes.- Dishwasher bonk- Parasol at swimming pool broken, also 1 parasol is too small for a group of four people at a swimming pool.- 1 sun lounger broken (was resolved after phone call by using another used copy) .- No pillows on sun beds.

Beautiful view from the cottage .. The reception was not really what we expect .. there turned out to be a problem with the gas and we had no hot water .. !! This can of course happen but we were explained by the gentleman received us in Italian .. so no word French or English spoke that person .. !! bit strange anyway if you rent houses to tourists .. ?? !! Since it was Saturday, weekend the Italians do not work apparently, it still took until Monday afternoon that all problems were solved .. !! We were allowed to spend the night in another house, so that was fine .. !! So we had to change houses twice and we lost a day to cities to visit .. !!

This house is on a mountain, with 2 other houses in the immediate area. The road to it is narrow and has 16 hairpin bends, so if you like a challenge ?? The house itself is spacious enough for 4 people, living on the small side, kitchen large, two large bedrooms with a bathroom in between, with or a small shower. The house has a large terrace with fantastic views of the valley, which lies Pescia. There is also a nice pool.

Lovely house high in the Tuscan hills, where you are away from the fleeting life. Relax in a house fully equipped and with a lovely swimming pool. The way to the top of the hill is exciting, because narrow roads, but beautiful. A nice base to visit the beautiful Tuscan cities and the coast. If you have any questions, you can always contact the nice owner! He's always ready.

Perfect house with private pool. A bit tricky to get there and you definitely need a car. But you soon get used to the road to here. Super sweet owner and kindly received with clear explanation how to get here more easily. Takes a little longer but drives a little more pleasant.

The house is amazing and the view is fantastic. It really feels like your own home with private (!) Pool in Italy. From your house you can make nice day trips to Pisa, Florence (tip: by train), Lucca, Montecatini, Pescia, Vinci etc. It is also on top and if you enjoy delicious situated by the pool with a book or if you to have the barbecue on your private terrace. If you are sporty you can also find good cycling in the mountains. Delicious food! Enjoy it!!

We have two wonderful weeks in the cottage. Indeed, it is not a village, but it is very quiet and the view is beautiful. The cottage is well equipped. The furniture is dated, but complies. We had no problems with the boiler. We could each day a BBQ and seating area on the balcony gave the necessary shade. The pool is actually a large above ground pool and has had its day. Not so much the bath, but the woodwork Is in many places broken and the pool stairs looks far from safe from. We were there with our daughter of 3 and we have had a good time. Pescia Is about 10-12 min drive. The Romanian speaks no English, so very easy to communicate is not, but we came anyway. The shower is small.

The road to the accommodation is an adventure in itself, 4.5 km over a very narrow road with about 17 hairpin turns. With opposites a challenge. The accommodation was excellent, with a magnificent view over the valley.

The house was easy to find, only via a narrow style mountain road. Nice welcome, managers were already at the holiday home at the time of arrival. Nice house with nice swimming pool. Fantastic view!
Karen Aenspeck
Nice location in beautiful mountainous landscape, but far from the village of Pescia and shops. Difficult and long access road, so we always had to take the car for each movement, which was a shame. It is everywhere very steep, so not ideal for small children, cycling or playing ball is therefore difficult. But for nature lovers who want to separate from the crowds it is a nice location. The cottage itself is pretty ok. Everything worked but smelled something musty by the outdated furniture, which was regrettable. The pool was not so clean, the filter was not working properly eliminating the invited few days to swim in it. On arrival it cleaned, but it remains not very long way. In itself it had a great holiday here, but especially also to go on the move. Lucca and Montecatini Terme are super beautiful locations in the neighborhood to visit or dine. Pescia itself is little tourist attraction.

The cottage location, the view and the surrounding area are fantastic. With nice weather you can be outside. As someone described earlier, the heater is completely untrustworthy, occasionally falls completely off the hot water. The interior (m.n seats) are not really focused on staying comfort, but if you are often on the road, it is doable.
Nicole Berkhof
We had a great holiday. Wonderful weather, privacy and tranquility. The owner is very committed to his tenants and regularly informs whether everything is to your liking. If there is something, it will be arranged quickly. You live here outside (depending on the weather) so the basic furnishing of the house is more than sufficient. At about an hour's drive you have quite a few places to see such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pescia itself. If you're not a hero in the car, the way home can be a challenge, but let's face it, challenges are there to be overcome.
