The quaint holiday home has 8 bedrooms and can easily accommodate 16 people. The pet-friendly apartment is ideal for families or group of friends. It has a private swimming pool, garden with furniture and a terrace.
The holiday home is located close to the well known thermal and spa cities of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano. The cities of Milan and Bologna are just one hour away. The restaurants are only 1 km away while the general supplies stores are 3 km from the house. The horse riding is only 5 km from this holiday home.
The well-equipped home has parking, barbecue, fireplace and TV for the guests to enjoy.
The nearest airport in Parma is 40 km away.

First impressions are immediately fantastic. Beautiful location with surrounding views. On a hill, but fortunately, shelter can always be found for the wind. Positive space and authenticity. Negative - Inadequate wardrobes and hangers, no brackets for (bath) towel - reasonably lean equipped kitchen with pots and pans but the owner which adds extra-not all over-the-dark curtains (broken copies sometimes lay in a slider in the bedroom), but maybe also with the end of the season - no good description of the house. In the description there are 7 slpk one of which is through to an eighth and 6 bathrooms. That's not true. Actually, there are six bedrooms with private bathroom and two of these six rooms have additional sleeping facilities in the (though spacious) bathroom. In other words When someone from this toilet went to the toilet at night he or she had to always be in the annex room by the sleeping person. For couples with children this is less important but in our case (6 couples and two singles) that does have some Problems with room distribution.
