House is beautifully situated, pure wild boar, deer, porcupines are to be observed. The fence around the area is dense, so could the Jackrussel let off steam. We were with four dogs (3 large) there and had a lot of space. The pool was cleaned daily, unfortunately it was a little too cold so we could only use it once. The heaters in the house worked great. If we needed something, Chiacomo was immediately. Thank you! Only the kitchen is a bit small.

We have spent as a family of 8 (adults) with 2 dogs a wonderful holiday in the villa Mangalina. The 5000 sqm plot is located on a small hill with a magnificent view over the countryside. Since the property is completely fenced, it is also possible to let the dogs run unattended. The decor of the renovated house is high quality. There are on the ground floor 2 large bedrooms a bathroom and the kitchen. Upstairs there is a very large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool is cleaned daily and makes the appearance of a Infinitipool, since the view equal to the wide slightly hilly landscape offers. Last but not least, we had a great landlord, who was always available in his very friendly way. Thank you Giocomo! B. to Parma, La Spezia and surroundings, Milan, etc. are relaxed in a day to cope. The nearby Fidenza Outlet Village is another way to spend the day. If you are looking for relaxation without tourist bustle, you have everything you need here.

Beautiful surroundings. Very nice house. Just a pity that there is only one shower was usable. The second was broken. Like the DVD player. The house was tidy on arrival all the barbecue that was dirty and greasy. We have had a wonderful holiday together with our three children and partners and our granddaughters. Worth repeating

Villa Tabiano combines perfectly with the location and situation. Wonderfully quiet and secluded yet you are quick in Parma, Pienza and something beyond Bologna. Nice for walking and cycling, food and culture. With 10 adults and two large dogs on holiday with every comfort. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The house did have a lot of insects (despaires) that were "rather annoying" in the evening. The garden is also due for maintenance.
