This is a cozy 4-pers. apartment on the ground floor with a modern kitchen with oven or microwave, a 2-pers. bedroom and a sleeping accommodation in the living room that is best suited for 1 adult or 2 children..
The apartments all have a covered parking space, air conditioning in all rooms and a nice terrace and a beautiful private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Due to the quiet location and the private garden, this apartment is very suitable for a family with small children.
The complex itself offers fun for young and old, with a large pool, a children's pool, tennis courts, paddle courts, a football pitch, stream volleyball, boccia and a playground.
For something to eat and drink, you can stop off at the pizzeria or enjoy a cool drink in the bar.
Your car is parked under a sun-covered car park so that you can set off directly to the numerous attractions nearby, even in warm temperatures.

Location and surroundings of object
The residence is at the south of Lake Garda. It is between Sirmione and Peschiera. The resort is just 400 metres from the lake. The complex offers various types of apartments, all comfortably furnished.
There are many excellent facilities to enjoy. These include spacious swimming pools, two of them in the shape of lake Garda, a communal garden, tennis, jeu-de- boules, football, beach volleyball and basket ball. There is also an Olympic swimming pool and a childrens pool. And of course theres a restaurant and bar. There is a 24-hour security service at the complex entrance.
The residence is conveniently near the Milan-Venice motorway. So you can discover not only Lake Garda and its many traditional villages but also enjoy day trips to historic cities such as Verona, Milan, Padua and Venice. The small, attractive town of Peschiera del Garda is only 1.5 km away.

Very nice, pleasant park. Apartment very neat. Plenty to do in the area in terms of cycling, walking, water sports, good food and pleasant shopping streets.

Upon arrival we were well received and explained everything well. The accommodation we found was somewhat dark, the kitchen was very dark and it was smaller and dated than hoped. There are very nice villages in the vicinity of the Gardameer, but you have to go everywhere by car. We were sorry for that. Even when you are on the park itself, with very nice swimming pools, you will not see anything about the Gardameer or the surrounding area.
