Between the Alps and the Po Valley, around 65 metres above sea level, Lake Garda lies in the Trentino-Alto Adige region to the north, in Lombardy to the west and in Veneto to the east. The three provinces of Trentino (north), Verona (east) and Brescia (west) share the administration.

The holiday flat is suitable for 2 adults with 2 children, and is located on the 1st floor within a quietly situated holiday complex with communal garden and pool area, directly in front of the flat.

Nice apartment, also suitable for dogs.
There is only positive things to report! Guido is a very nice man who took good care of us from the beginning. The apartment is small but nice. We were three with 2 dogs. Completely sufficient for that. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room, we had the bedroom. It was very clean, a very good air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher are available. Bed linen and towels were provided. In the fridge, a delicious bottle of wine and water were waiting for us as a welcome, thank you dear Guido! The apartment has a nice big balcony with a clothes rack and seating. The apartment complex incl communal pool is very well maintained and there is a parking space for the car. There is a Lidl market opposite, so you can do your shopping on foot. If you arrive with a dog, you can use a great dog beach with sun loungers and parasols in a few minutes' walk! However, you should reserve it in advance by phone during the high season. It was 10 great days at Lake Garda and we will definitely come back.

Good location, great support!
Even before our arrival we were well looked after and provided with information.
We were greeted warmly and looked after in a very friendly manner throughout the entire period, the communication and helpfulness was exceptionally good!
The kitchen had everything you need, including a large fridge with extra freezer space.
The equipment was good and fully corresponded to the specifications in the description.
The washing machine saved a lot of luggage. Beach (promenade) within easy reach with plenty of places to eat and drink. The dog beach was very easy to reach and on the right days well worth the experience.
With lots of leisure options (within 20-30min reach (Gardaland, Movieland, Aquapark etc) it was also superbly located for families.
We are therefore very satisfied with the price-performance ratio, can recommend the accommodation and will gladly come again!

Erholsame Urlaubstage Ende September
Wir fahren schon seit über 20 Jahren an den Gardasee und sind sehr gerne dort und lieben Land und Leute und ihre Gastfreunschaft.
Guido, unser Vermieter hat alles bisherige übertroffen. Schon bei der Zimmeranfrage kam ein sehr netter und vertrauensvoller Kontakt zustande. Guido kümmert sich um alles und sorgt dafür, dass seine Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung selbst ist toll. Es gibt eine schöne überdachte Terasse und von dort sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Pool. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Überhaupt ist alles gut durchdacht. Es fehlt an nichts. Vom Bügelbrett bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. (Sehr praktisch auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, das spart Gepäck :)
Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden hier und der Hundestrand (Braco-Beach) ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. So konnten wir alle Ende September noch einmal warme und sonnige Urlaubstage genießen. Herzlichen Dank dafür und beste Grüße an Guido

Entspannter Badeurlaub
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Garten und Pool. Wir haben den Pool täglich genutzt (sind gar nicht an den Strand) in der Wohnung ist alles nötige Vorhanden die große Terrasse ist super wir saßen schon zum Frühstücken draußen hatten die ganze Woche super Wetter. Guido ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Können Sie nur empfehlen.
