We had a wonderful holiday in our apartment in the center of Baveno. Beautiful roof terrace overlooking the lake. Recommended!!

Before we arrived in Baveno (village where the apartment is located) we had to get to Verbania first to pick up the key. We had to pick up the key in a hotel. The hotel is located on the busy main road and well located. Once in the hotel I definitely stood for 5 to 10 minutes for an empty counter. I could not find anyone in the lobby or in the back office. There was an Italian gentleman in the lobby and called the lady at the front desk for me. Once the lady was behind the reception, the reception was good. Clear explanation of how we got to the apartment, where we were allowed to park for free, which beach was close to the apartment, where a supermarket was and a bakery. After explaining, I asked if we had a room with a balcony (this was when booking) unfortunately this was not the case. However, we had a shared roof terrace. The apartment was not big, something smaller we expected. Well, it was neat and clean, on the fan after. We have not turned these on. As we had nice weather we did not mind the big of the apartment. The village of Baveno is not big. It is a cozy and cozy village. The apartment is located in the middle of the village. Train station, supermarket, bakery, several restaurants and the beach all within walking distance.

We liked to drop the apartment. No kettle present, many etensluchts of adjacent restauration operators in your room and on the dakterrass is half past nine dark. No lighting available.

Balcony can almost not a fireplace be taken into use as from the neighboring nearly the whole day smoked black stinking smoke and morning from half past 7, the glass containers emptied daily so that you get out of bed a lot about day was much Motoring noise was The room good and very clean otherwise again

Benefits Central location Lots of opportunities for outing beautiful lake views shops and restaurants nearby disadvantages lot of noise from outside odor of underlying restaurants coming to the top of the studio no comfortable chair, no air conditioning at 35 degrees a bit annoying.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. You cross the street and you are on the water with all kinds of terraces and restaurants. The apartment itself is clean, not super luxurious, but has everything you need
